The service is really satisfies me, especially from laboratorium. Big thank's for dr. Imee & team, who always treat & help me during PCR swab test with kindhearted. And also for administration staff, they really responsive & very helpful. Good job for u all dear. Keep safe & stay healthy for us ??????

Bad communication skill from one of the doctor in neurology division. They deliver a sad news without sympathy at all then hard sell you to do an expensive routine asap based on your fear something might happen to your love one. Even when i’m getting emotional (crying), he scold me because he thought I’m not paying attention, excuse me i was trying not to have a meltdown at your office sir. It’s really unfortunate and was a nightmare experience.

Out of all hospitals I've visited, Columbia Asia definitely has the best customer service, though it should be noted I'm a BPJS outpatient and have visited more than 5 times. Never used BPJS before, 'cause I always thought the procedures would be so complicated and pain in *** but the registration clerks explained the procedures so kindly and easy to understand. And using BPJS is actually so easy! (At least in Columbia Asia) Hurray for free healthcare and top notched customer service.

Terrible service at this hospital as written by other reviewer and we are paying customers. Flow of communications are terrible between each division and we have to repeat telling everything at each location, be it registration, cashier, etc. Opted for operation for our family member and we are informed that no registration needed before hand (weirdest thing) and just need to come early at 7am the day of operation. We came at 7am and asked by the registration that we havent registered before (contradicting by what they say that we do not need prior registration), and then we are asked whether the patient have done pcr swab and blood test which we have given it all the other day (clearly no communication between each division). Best thing is they asked for deposit before hand and asked us not to lose the receipt as we have to show it from time to time (this is 2021, isnt it supposed to be in the computer record?) And funniest of all, you asked for deposit while you claim we didnt have registration for the day. Overall I wrote this for people to know and consider, for the hospital, dont hope for any changes, as review like this have been written by others and well no improvement.

The hospital ward number 305 has broken edge writing table, termites in the wood of table and sealant of shower area and washing basin peeled off, fungus growing in between ceramic. Air conditioner was leaking. However, I am thankful for the nurses and technician who were celerity, swiftness to handle the problem. Hope the good work and cleanliness can be maintained.

This place put least priority for BPJS holder. This can be seen from the queue that prioritize those who are paying by personal expense or insurance. How unethical....

Very bad experinces. In Oct 2021 went to the hospital for the 1st time. Doctor was like the SPG in the supermarket trying to push for Vitamins. Ended up with a medication which cost about 100% more than what you will get in the Apotik or online. Another bad experice. Last Sat 22/1 went to the doctor. Doctor was basically asking me what I wanted to do. Had some lumps on my neck, cheek and leg. Instead of trying to determine and advise me what to do, was instead asking me what I want. How can I make a decision before even knowing what is the problem? Anyway asked me to do a USG. Very polite USG doctor. By the time the results were out, the doctor was not avaiable and asked me to come back on Monday. No issues. They did not charge me for the full amount but when I went there today they were like chasing me as though I was out to cheat them. So I paid considering that there was already a deposit payment pending with them, although it was not for the full amount. They just could not wait for me to finish the full consultation and them make the full payment. Then I see the doctor to check on the USG results. Guess what? They charged me again today to see the doctor. Personally this RS is really of very poor quality. Very bad and poor experinces.
