His noodle is to die for. Very chewy and you can imagine it's bouncing in your mouth. ??
I tried both fooking awesome and fooking special, love the 'awesome'ness..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just tried this new noodle place few days ago. Pork is their main topping. Tried the pork ribs and pork belly topping. It was tender and juicy pork meat. Taste delicious.
Noodle is home made by them. The firmness is perfect, tasty with no bitter after taste.
The owner cooked himself, he seems like passionate about cooking, friendly and talkative person.
The only thing that imho meed improvement is the soup, imho the soup need a lil bit more broth taste. When i tried the soup is almost tasteless. But other than that, everything is worth 5 stars...
Recommended for you guys who love noodle with pork topping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first I’m not really sure with modern noodle shop, when I first come in I got the ramen stall sensasion where we can chat and look the cooking process.
I tried the Noodle with Pork and Hyoko Mushroom topping, then got fried pork meatball and babi hong.
The noodle is the curly type and has a bouncy texture, the pork is minced and the mushroom is sliced, the sauce is quite heavy, u can “medok”. The mushroom absorbed the sauce make it more delicious. The combination of noodle and topping is very good, if you like noodle with strong taste you should try it.
The pork meatball is good too, they use pork and prawn with a little pork fat to make it smells better, its a firm kind of meatball but not chewy coz they use the flour just to bind the ingredients together.
Last one the babi hong, the ribs part is so tender, it fell right off the bone. The samcan part is quite firm coz they use the leaner meat. The downside is it taste a bit salty
Overall is a satisfying eating in fookmee, a bit of improvement will make them better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hidden gems I must say. The place is quite "plain" from the outside. I guess the owner needs to "decorate" a bit as the inside is actually quite nice. Very basic but you don't need to much of a fancy place as you are selling the noddle not the place.
Noodle was quite good especially when it is combined with the topping and the broth. Price was very reasonable. Combined with food delivery discounts it would even be more affordable.
Tried their FookingShiok with the crispy pork. The crackling of the skin was superb!. Also tried the FookingSpecial and I must say the porkbelly just melt in your mouth. Literally!. The fried dumpling was à la minute!. So it was fresh, tasty, cripy and hot!?.
The staff was also quite fast in preparing the food and very welcoming. All in all it is worth the visit and the money too.
It is still a nice bakmi spot in west Jakarta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good pork noodle. Ordered roasted pork as the topping. Tasted good... Strangely, when we ordered just the roasted pork to take-home with exactly the same stuffs, it tasted different not as nice as the one we ate there.
The noodle was rather hard to me. Asked if they had other kind, the one that was softer, they said they would just cooked it longer ... Next time we'll keep that in mind.
When we came, the place was empty. No one eating. But many people ordered from a small window.
