1. Penjual tidak aktif kasih kabar status pesanan pembeli. Saya yang selalu tanya status pesanan saya.
2. Pengiriman pesanan tidak sesuai dengan tanggal yang dijanjikan, lama sekali dan penjual tidak aktif memberi kabar ke pembeli.
3. Penjual tidak bisa kasih kepastian kepada pembeli dan tidak peduli terhadap kekecewaan pembeli (customer).
Very bad service.
1. Inactive seller notifies buyer order status. I'm the one who always asks the status of my order.
2. Order delivery did not match the promised date, took a long time and the seller was not actively giving news to the buyer.
3. The seller cannot provide assurance to the buyer and does not care about the buyer (customer) disappointment.
