As a noodle fan, Bakmi Siantar Baru fits perfectly on the tongue. The noodles taste sticky and the meat is quite fragrant, soft. Quite satisfying at a price that is still affordable.

This Bakmie was originally processed by Hokiien people from Siantar. Known for its legendary noodles, with the ingredients of dry and savory curly noodles, topping with chopped mushroom chicken, celery and leeks and a bowl of broth. For noodle fans, this is the only real noodle.
