★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. Kirim dari Jogja ke Serang estimasi 3-5 hari terlambat jadi 12 hari. Kurir baru mengirim setelah berkali2 tlp ke cs dan itupun tidak jadi sampai ke rumah. Setelah ditlp lagi saya harus mengambil sendiri paket ke kantor cabang. Sistem di kantor cabang buruk menyalahkan kurir padahal seharusnya ada sistem pengecekan juga di kantor cabang. 12 hari itu paket saya keselip di kantor cabang dan baru dikirim hari ke 12. Dan ga ada sama sekali itikad esl untuk menghubungi saya sbg cust. Jangan ngirim pake esl deh. Rugi.
 Bad service. Send from Jogja to Serang estimated 3-5 days late so 12 days. The new courier sent after many phone calls to CS and even then did not get to the house. After calling again I had to take the package myself to the branch office. The system at the branch office is bad at blaming the courier even though there should be a checking system at the branch office too. 12 days I slipped my package at the branch office and only sent the 12th day. And there was no intention at all to contact me as a customer. Don't send it using esl. Loss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tanggal 11 april 2017 saya mengirim motor lewat lorena Bintaro, hari tanggal 17 April 2017 ini saya telepon ke Lorena dan motor saya masih tertahan dikantor pusat, kalau memang ada kendala di pengiriman seharusnya kami sebagai customer di beritahu bukan kami yang harus mencari tahu, saya sebagai customer merasa tertipu dan dari pihak ESL pun belum menunjukan adanya itikad baik
