★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice service during the pick up time and very responsive staff to ask and help the passengers, good driver and polite.
They have a health protocols to check the passengers temperature and give us a sticker with our body temp on it.
But during my trip to Bdg unfortunately they didn't warn one of the passenger who didn't wear the mask&she still come in the car.
Hopefully in the future, Cititrans can be more strict with the health protocols rules.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best shuttle for Jakarta-Bandung vice versa. Their pool located in strategic place and exclusive for only several area in Jakarta.
Fatmawati one is representative enough. They have nice waiting lounge with kind staffs.
