Security bilang turun aja ke Basement nanti akan ada orang disana krn didepan lobby full parkirnya. Pas sampe bawah ga ada orang sama sekali, akhirnya naik jalan kaki lewat parkiran. What kind of service is that, ngoper2 orang. Servis yg bener itu setau saya tamu harusnya diarahkan sampe berhasil lapor bukan?
