Customer service is an absolute joke. Nobody is ever there to answer the phone, the call quality is horrible and the English is near impossible to understand. I wish I could give it 0 stars but oh well.

I have a corporate account with tnt and I must say unfortunately if there was another competitive courier service I would shift my business elsewhere. The marketing dept is a joke and have absolute no idea abt the clients who have been with them since 5 years. Work from home has made it all the more inconvenient as they mark 10 people to the message n none of them have the time to reply. Sad state.

Local administration always take longer than the shipment it selves. Need to wait 5 minutes listening automatic reply before communicating with da real operator.

Need to call many times to have an a real person on phone. Then the person have even no idea about what is the purpose of the charged fee. Fee 220k for 264k paid to customs. What a joke!!!

I struggle to even call this an absolute joke of a service because none of this was remotely funny. I was seeking to remedy a situation where a shipment was lost due to FedEx mistake and instead of even a semblance of professional conduct I got endless finger pointing to different branches. Customer service to destination shipping department, destination shipping department to origin shipping department, origin shipping department to customs broker, customs broker back to origin and origin back to customer service. Even got a snide remark about myself "having to know what I'm paying for" along the way. And the best part is that if you think that it's a world leading transport company and in case of emergency you can surely get someone higher in the corporate structure to review the issue, you'd be gravely mistaken. None of the global support channels exist anymore. Not even the barely alive general feedback email address. If an employee is abusing their position so blatantly that it borders on an actual scam, all to cover up their own mistake, there's literally no way to bring it up with anyone else. You can only contact the local branch which will "thoroughly review" ITSELF and find itself clear of any wrongdoing. If this one ever goes out of business, the local circuses will see no shortage of clowns for years to come.
