★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong di diberi pemberitahuan jam closing cs dan teller, saya jauh2 sampai sana jam 13.39 eh ternyata banyak antrian dan jam 14.00 cs sudah hrus selesai. Ditambah lagi dong infonya, closing cs jam 13.30 jika jam 14.00 sudah harus selesai, kasian yang jauh
Please be notified of the closing hours for cs and tellers, I got there at 13.39 eh, there were a lot of queues and at 14.00 cs had to finish. Plus the info, closing cs at 13.30 if 14.00 has to be finished, poor thing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kurang ramah banget !!! Saya mengantarkan adik saya, buat rekening ponsel, saya coba menjelaskan karna adik saya belum tau apa apa, tapi malah dikira saya yang mau pakai,! Customer servis yang tua.

I see a lot of critical reviews. Even though the CS staff is very friendly & cash withdrawals at the teller are also very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong dong pak . untuk atm setor tunai dibanyakin lagi .kalo harus setor tunai ke cabang jauh .mohon untuk lokasi di Sedayu Bantul,jalan wates ditambah lagi ..setor tunai nya .
Please sir. for atm cash deposit more. If you have to deposit cash to a remote branch, please ask for a location in Sedayu Bantul, Jalan Wates add more... the cash deposit.

Kronologi Saya mau buat rekening buat adik saya tabunganku malah di paksa tawarin on account saya tidak setuju, karena dari awal mau tabunganku. Dan saya marah2 akhirnya dia manggil atasan nya padahal td rekening nya udh mau jadi , dan ternyata dengan alasan bla bla bla rekening tidak jd di buat dan malah ceramah bertele tele dengan dalih data belum ada foto di dukcapil. Oke saya langsung keluar dengan adik saya mengambil semua berkas !!

Chronology I want to create an account for my brother to save my money, but I am forced to offer it on my account, I don't agree, because from the beginning I wanted to save. And I was angry that finally he called his boss even though the account was already going to be, and it turned out that for the reason blah blah blah the account was not made and instead a long-winded lecture on the pretext that there was no photo in the dukcapil. Okay I went straight out with my sister taking all the files !!
