β β β β β You know their food is good when there are a lot of native Japanese eating here. I tried Tonkotsu Shoyu Gyuniku Ramen, but they offerred me to use pork instead of meat and it was awesome!
The ramen is great and it was similar to my favorite ramen in Japan. The taste and fragrant is bold, but the broth is mild that everything is in balance out each other. The spring onion is fresh and strong, but I love how it balances out the bold garlic taste in the broth. I love the broth, I can taste that it has been slow boiled for so long that the pork taste sticks to the tongue.
Another dish that we try is the gyoza which was highly recommended by a friend and I couldn't agree more that their gyoza is so good. Yet, it might not be for you who hates ginger since the ginger in the gyoza is quite strong but it makes the gyoza (again) balance in the taste. And make sure you dip it in the chilli oil to have a bit of sourness. Don't forget to finish everything with their matcha ice cream!
All in all, we got a pleasant experience eating there, service was great, all the employees are polite and very helpful. Make sure you reserve beforehand to have the best seats, I personally prefer the non smoking seats. Will come back again to try the other ramen, especially their Eight Tantan Men and other side dishes.

β β β β β Pretty good ramen and comes in big portion. If you eat pork there will be so many options, but if youβre not quite limited options. The highlight for me was not the ramen, but Yoidori (cold steamed chicken with spicy soy sauce).

β β β β β You should try Truffle Ramen & Koebi Karaage (Deep fried small shrimps).
That's a really DABOMB combination.
Great service, good food and value of money. So in love with Eightman Ramen.
Don't forget to reserve first before coming.

β β β β β Located in Summitmas 1, along the office building complex lies this authentic ramen restaurant, it has a izakaya styled design
It offers variety of japanese menu other than ramen. I tried the Eight Tantanmen and Chikuwa Cheese Isobeage
The Eight tantanmen looks really red but it is not spicy at all, the broth is oily and thick with lots of sesame. The ramen noodle is chewy and for me a bit thick compared to usual ramen noodle. It is served with minced meat. The composition it has a lot of noodle, but the minced meat not so much, halfway I ran out of the minced meat
The chikuwa cheese isobeage is a fishroll with a coating of nori and melted cheese filling. 6 pcs per portion and served with soyu sauce as dipping. Overall it has a mild salty flavor, so really need those soyu to give it flavor.
Pricewise relatively affordable for an authentic ramen. Their most favorite menu is the Truffle Ramen

We order Truffle Chicken Ramen, Eight Tantanmen and Toripaitan Ramen.
Itβs quite a unique taste of Truffle Chicken Ramen, however itβs quite salty at the end.
The tantanmen ramen is good, however, itβs not the best one at Jakarta.
The service quality need to be improved. Itβs remind me when I played overcooked with my children, where we not good at it.

β β β β β Overall they serve quite nice ramen but the noodles were too thick for ramen. We spent IDR 750.000 for four persons.
We tried 4 different ramen today, and the best was the Black Ramen.
Their Toripaitan ramen was rather disappointing, I can easily find better Toripaitan ramen in other places. Their truffle ramen was rather good. We were happy to find this bottled soda drinks. The ambience was ordinary, very busy during lunch time.

Mapo tofu ? is a good choice with rice if you like spicy taste.
Located at the behind office building of Summitmas I and it was opened for dine in even on Saturday.
If you come by group better ? call and make reservations first. ???
