Pelayanan sangat buruk.. Bagian pendaftaran.. Pake nada tinggi pula.. Ga menghargai orang sama sekali..

Pelayanan di bagian penerima resep dan penyerahan obat mengecewakan, saya yang selesai diperiksa di jam setengah 9 malam harus menunggu obat sampai jam setengah 11.. Kenapa? Karena RESEP OBAT SAYA NYELIP KARENA KETELEDORAN SI PENERIMA RESEP, ujung-ujungnya saya menjadi penerima obat yang paling akhir, padahal yg diperiksa setelah saya ada 5 orang lebih... Awalnya saya positif thinking, ah lama mungkin karena obatnya yang banyak atau harus dicari dulu, tapi saya curiga kenapa 3 orang yg paling belakangan datang setelah saya sudah terima obatnya.. Ya sudah saya komplain dong ke bagian penyerahan obatnya "ini kenapa ga sesuai urutan ya ngasih obatnya? pas dicari ternyata nama saya ga ada dan ternyata nyelip resepnya".. Ah benar-benar ga profesional.. Ini jadi yang terakhir kalinya saya berobat di sini meskipun asuransi saya rekanan sama klinik ini..

Yes, I have complained to the medicine delivery section "why is this not in the order that I gave the medicine? Ah really unprofessional .. This is the last time I seek treatment here even though my insurance partner with this clinic ..

Kemarin (2 Oktober 2019 pukul 21.15) kami sekeluarga berobat di klinik tersebut untuk meminta surat rujukan perawatan saraf gigi. Namun sayangnya, klinik tersebut tidak merepresentasikan sebagai klinik yang ramah pada pasien. Berikut faktanya: 1. Pelayanannya yang sangat lama, dari pihak resepsionis mengatakan untuk disuruh menunggu karena masih ada 2 pasien, nyatanya harus mengantri hingga 5 pasien. 2. Setelah menunggu lama, ternyata kami ditolak akibat tidak adanya dokter gigi yang standby. Pada jam tsb, hanya dokter umum yang standby. Padahal pada beberapa minggu yang lalu, kami pernah ke klinik tsb untuk meminta rujukan dan semuanya berjalan lancar meski tidak adanya dokter gigi (waktu itu dilayani dokter umum) Hal yang kami kecewakan adalah karena kami sudah menunggu lama. Kalau misal memang tidak bisa dilayani pada jam dan di hari tsb karena tidak adanya dokter, kenapa harus disuruh menunggu lama? 3. Ketika kami disuruh menemui dokter umum, bukannya kami dilayani dengan baik. Malah kami dibentak-bentak oleh dokter umum tsb. Dokter umum yang layani kami bernama dr. Yordan. Kami seolah-olah diusir karena kami dianggap memaksa dokternya untuk meminta rujukan. Dokternya menolak membuat rujukan, karena si dokter merasa itu bukan ranahnya. Seharusnya kan yang menyuruh kami ke dokter umum itu dari pihak resepsionis kliniknya sendiri. Seharusnya dokternya marah ke pegawai kliniknya, namun mengapa malah si pasiennya yang dibentak-bentak sampai diperlakukan secara kasar?! Pasien ingin supaya sembuh, bukan dibentak-bentak. Dan kalaupun memang tidak bisa meminta rujukan pada hari tsb, seharusnya kita dibilang sejak awal sehingga tidak perlu menunggu DAN TIDAK DIMARAHI SAMA DOKTER UMUMNYA, KARENA ITU BUKAN KESALAHAN KAMI. Terkait pelayanan klinik ini yang mengecewakan, saya meminta tanggapan dari pihak manajemen, dan bisa sebagai evaluasi besar. terima kasih.
Yesterday (October 2nd, 2019 at 21:15) our family go to the clinic to request referral dental nerve treatment. But unfortunately, the clinic does not represent as a patient-friendly clinic. Here are the facts: 1. The service is very long, from the receptionist said to be told to wait because there are still 2 patients, in fact had to queue up to 5 patients. 2. After a long wait, it turns out we were rejected due to the absence of a standby dentist. At that time, only general practitioners were on standby. Whereas in the past few weeks, we had been to the clinic to ask for a referral and everything went smoothly despite the absence of a dentist (at that time served by a general practitioner) The thing we are disappointed about is that we've waited a long time. If for example it can not be served on hours and days because of the absence of a doctor, why should be told to wait a long time? 3. When we are told to see a general practitioner, we are not well served. In fact we were yelled at by the general practitioner. Our general doctor who serves us is named Dr. Jordan. It was as if we were driven out because we were thought to force the doctor to ask for a referral. The doctor refused to make a reference, because the doctor felt it was not his realm. You should have told us to see the general practitioner from the receptionist of the clinic yourself. Mad doctor is supposed to employees of the clinic, but why even the patients who shouted to be treated roughly ?! The patient wants to be healed, not shouted. And even if we can't ask for referrals on that day, we should have been told from the start so we don't have to wait AND ARE NOT BLANKED BY THE GENERAL DOCTOR, BECAUSE IT'S NOT OUR FAULT. Regarding this disappointing clinic service, I request a response from the management, and can be a big evaluation. thanks.

Punya pengelaman berobat disini pelayanannya baik dan ramah, gak bosan ngantri krn disiapkan Teh, Kopi dan Free Wifi, betah nunggu.
Have experience seeking treatment here, the service is good and friendly, not bored waiting in line because tea, coffee and free wifi are prepared, feel at home waiting.

If phone busy then the operator is on phone with another caller, then call again in a few minutes, basic knowledge. Not so crowded in my visit in Friday
