★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanggal 2 oktober 2020 Jam 1 malam saya berobat ke klinik ini, karena mata saya sakit, merah sekali keluar air mata terus hingga berair terus, sampai muka saya pun ikut merah terasa sekali pening. Disana saya mendapatkan pelayanan yang begitu buruk, dari cara dokter nya pun melayani tdk begitu bagus, wajar saya komplain terhadap penangan disana seperti apa, tetapi dokter tersebut sangat memperlihatkan attitude yg kurang baik, dari segi ramah tamah nya pun tdk baik, penyampaian nya kurang baik, Sampai saya minta surat keterangan sakit 2 hari pun dia tdk kasih, padahal mata saya begitu sakit. Dan dia lihat kondisi saya seperti apa, dan tdk memungkinkan saya besok harus bkerja. Dokter tsb hanya kasih surat keterangan sakit 1 hari saja, saya berobat di klinik lain paling mentok itu di kasih bedress hanya 2 hari. Di klinik ini benar" tdk di izinkam sma sekali. Kecewa banget berobat di klinik ini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurang bagus cara dokter menangani orang yg sakit, saya datang berobat tengah malam. Di periksa secara fisik kagak dan cuman Di kasih omongan doang, terus di kasih obat dan bayar Mahal.
Udah minum obat beberapa hari ini tetap gak sembuh-sembuh dan pelayanan sangat buruk.
Tidak memuaskan, mahal doang tapi gak sembuh-sembuh

Di test suhu badan 37.6°, dan langsung di vonis covid. Masuk ruang dokter ga ada 5 menit, cuma di bilang suruh swab di puskesmas Dan di kasih resep. Bayar total 320rb. Setelah itu saya pindah klinik (karena kurang puas hasil dari periksa di klinik tersebut) dan test suhu cuma 36.6° di hari yg sama cuma beda 30 menit masa hasil test suhu beda, dan di periksa dokter berkompeten, bapak saya hanya kecapean, darah tinggi, dan batuk. Dan sya sekalian test anti gen hasilnya negatif.
Jadi buat yg mau periksa ke sini kalo langsung di vonis gejala covid, saran saya jangan mau tebus obat. Karena mahal doang pelayanan tidak bagus.

Treatment oleh dokter, eh susternya (dokter yg bersendal jepit nonton doang) : membersihkan luka pakai cairan (air?) yg disemprot pakai sprayer dan dilap. Hanya itu, 3 menit beres. Trus dikasih antibiotik 1 strip dan fargetix 1 strip. Bayarnya? 280 ribu! Kalo ada bintang setengah, setengah dah.

Memang sekarang mahal, konsultasi +obat : 340 rb. Pertengahan Juli 2021.
Dulu ke sini, cuma 70-90 rb seingat saya, dokter ny muka2 Arab. Di saat yg bersamaan (dulu) dokter di dekat rumah saya 50 rb + obat.
Sekarang dokter dekat rumah saya 70 rb (sudah termasuk obat).
Saya kira paling di sini (paling mahal) sekitar 70.000 x 180% = 126.000. tapi ternyata 340 rb. Jauh di luar perkiraan.
Ke dokter jg musti tanya harga sekarang, seperti beli bakso /mie ayam di Monas atau di jalan /tempat tidak kenal, takut nya nanti di tagihi harga nya mahal nya berkali2 lipat.

I hope the luck goes smoothly, madam and doctor. It's a shame for people who want treatment but don't have much money. even though you only see it, you don't check whether it's gas until 1 minute inside.

Penyakit hanya muntah badan lemes dan deman, dan yang di cek hanya matanya tidak ada pengecekan tensi,pas mau pembayaran obat tak disangka harga obat 360.000 gak tau Obat apaan itu semahal itu tapi y sudahlah saya iklaskan saja tapi cukup tau aja?
