★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anjing saya matanya keluar dr semalem bilang mau di operasi , sdh ttd surat dan sdh bayar, sampe Pagi ini sy dtg ternyata blm di operasi dan katanya baru jam 1 siang mendahulukan pasien rawat inap, mereka anggap anjing sy bukan pasien jg? Sdh inap seharian blm di tangani jg , kecewa sekali dgn pelayannannya , dokter2 yg ingkar janji dan tdk berperikehewanan, not recommended at all!!!
 My dog's eyes came out from last night and said they wanted an operation, signed a letter and already paid, until this morning I was unable to operate and said that it was only 1 pm prior to hospitalized patients, they thought the dog was not a patient too? After staying all day, I have also handled it, very disappointed with its service, doctors who break promises and do not treat animals, not recommended at all !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pegawai parah..nga sayang binatang..minta pick up untuk grooming dan vaksin..bukannya bantu cari kucing untuk diambil..tp malah ambil sapu gebrak2 persembunyian kucing bikin kucing ketakutan.. kucing tuh binatang..mahluk hidup bkn benda mati yg diam ditempat..cerita ke dokternya malah di ketawain katanya ini hiburan..kan GxxlxG!!! Semoga mereka semua diperlakukan sama seperti mereka perlakukan hewan..ngais rejeki dari anak bulu tp perlakuan mereka buruk sekali.
Serious employees ... love animals ... ask for pick ups for grooming and vaccines ... not help finding cats to take ... but instead take a broomstick bats hide cats to make cats frightened ... cats have animals ... live creatures are not dead objects that are silent on the spot ... the story to the doctor was even laughed at, he said this was entertainment ... GxxlxG !!! Hopefully all of them are treated the same as they treat animals ... the fortune of a feather child but their treatment is very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kucing saya sakit sariawan tetapi tindakannya hanya di suapin tidak diinfus, akhirnya kondisi tambah parah dan d cek d klinik lain untuk cek darah ternyata kondisinya dehidrasi dan anemia dan kena virus, bukan tambah baik malah makin buruk ?
My cat was sick with sprue but its action only in infusion was not infused, eventually the condition got worse and d checked in other clinics to check the blood turned out to be dehydrated and anemic and contracted with the virus, not getting better even worse ?

Anjing saya mengalami patah tulang dan tidak mendapatkan penanganan selama 3 hari
Anjing disuruh menunggu sampai dokternya bisa.
Mending kalau gak sanggup info ke owner saja biar kami bawa ke dokter lain, di telepon gak di angkat di whatsapp gak dibalas. Kasian aja kalau ada pasien kritis dan tidak mendapatkan penanganan secara langsung mungkin bisa mati hewan kesayangan mereka.
Jangan kejar materi aja, karena kami selaku pemilik hewan bukan menilai mereka dari uang lagi, bukan dari berapa harga kami membelinya tapi kami merawatnya susah payah dan menyayangi mereka.

Better if you can't get the information to the owner so we can take it to another doctor, on the phone it doesn't pick up on WhatsApp, it's not answered. It's just a pity if there are critical patients and don't get direct treatment, their pets might die.
Don't just chase the material, because we as animal owners don't judge them by money anymore, not by how much we bought them, but we care for them painstakingly and love them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman buruk, kucing anak saya rawat inap dari 2 hari yang lalu, tak pernah sekalipun ada pemberitahuan via W.A perkembangannya, jadi percuma saja diminta no tlp nya. Tadi pagi saat dijenguk ternyata cairan infus habis dan darah naik ke selang, saat di komplaen malah mas yg jaga (gendut orangnya) balik marah-marah. Saat itu juga kami ambil dan bawa pulang, sudah bayar tetapi pelayanan buruk dan kasar.
Bad experience, my kitten's cat was hospitalized 2 days ago, there was never even a notification via W.A of its progress, so it's useless to ask for the phone number. This morning when he was visited, it turned out that the IV fluid had run out and the blood was rising into the hose, when he complained, the man who was guarding (the fat person) returned angry. That's when we took it and took it home, already paid for it but the service was bad and rude.

Pantesan aja kucing saya rawat inap kok malah pada mati semua.. berapa kali itu kayak begitu terus... orang bawa kucing sehat wal afiyat aja pulangnya malah langsung muntah2.. gataunya ketauan dikasih spuit bekas, mana kotor lagi masih ada sisa bekas susu entah dari mana dalamnya, dan sudah berkerak jamur... Made dulu bagus loh...sekarang kenapa jadi kayak begini?? Frustasi saya...
You're right... No wonder my cat was hospitalized and all of them died.. how many times has it been like this... people bring a healthy cat when they come home and they vomit immediately. there are still traces of milk from out of nowhere inside, and it's already crusted over with mushrooms... It used to be good... now why is it like this?? My frustration...
