i am sorry to give this one star but it is so sad that my precious bunny die here. He was just still alive coz of light dehydration when i brought him to there. but the doctor gave him unnecessary oral medicine until he was choked and his hearth beat slowing down then died!! So dissapointed. I HIGLY NOT RECOMEND TO BRINGYOUR RABBIT OR EXCOTIC PET HERE. BECAREFULL!!!

Good veterinary with a lot of experience. Place is small very easy to find and with small parking in front. More than basic choice for food, sands and accessories. Together with the owner there are some young veterinary that are making experience. The owner has another place in Gading Serpong too.

I come every month for vaccination of my kittens, overall the young veterinarians are nice and friendly. The owner was our vet for my late cats and kittens 6 years ago. Now, our new kittens are handled by him and young veterinarians.

I brought my 2 kitten and ended with dead. 1st kitten 4 months dead after urine carteter. The doctor didn't give any pain reduce. He was very painful at night and dead. 2nd kitten 8 months dead after finished the medicine. It was too much medicines. Doctor gave her (kitten) antibiotic and flu capsule, but there isn't any vitamin or supplemen, even I told doctor she cannot eat anything. On 1st visit doctor also gave fleas drop on her nape and eye drop. On last days she getting weak and told doctor cannot eat and drink anymore, doctor still ask to finish the medicine even she didn't eat anything since yesterday. Her body refused anything..but doctor said it is ok..it is all right..I asked to scan her body to know maybe something wrong with her stomach, doctor not response and add more medicines with vitamin when the kitten body cannot receive anything more..why vitamin didn't give at the first visit, but flu caps. Is it all about money? because flu caps more expensive then vitamin? I asked for infuse since few days before, but doctor gave at the last days when she already so weak. But doctor still said it is ok. I have to finish the antibiotic. On midnight..at the last antibiotic..she throwed up many times, her body getting cool, convulsion..and died. She was the most beautiful cat in my home before sick. Too much medicine and doctor always said it is ok. Almost everyday I go to control and always said ok?? If it is true calicivirus, why we didn't do blood test.. the kitten dont have any saliva drop and her eye so clear..her breath so clear, there isn't any problem with her breath. Her voice is so loud. It was too bad I obeyed to gave whole medicines with empty stomach..maybe she only have bad flu and some digestive problem. It should doctor gave some supplement to boost her stamina, not more medicines. The kitten still can walk and jump at her last days.. I am so upset! And when I told doctor the kitten was dead, he said : Well, that mean her body not ready to receive the virus. Stupid answer. No one ready for virus. That's why we need doctor. If I know the doctor will response like this, I will treat by myself with honey and water only, so her fever will back to normal and recovery day by days. Not so fast maybe..but it is ok.. Doctor said : I do by what I see of her symptoms (not observe deeply as I asked to scan her body or blood test), and he asked me to read by myself about calicivirus and said : according to the text book bla bla bla. These all nonsens! If I know like this, I dont need doctor. All medicine better found by google. Thats better I can choose the natural way with minimal risk. Why doctor gave ear drop to clean the ear and her body clean from fleas..but she died. She died with clean body. It is better she have fleas and dirty ear but alive..we can fix it later after her recovery. Why everything do in 1st visit. She died with very painful. Doctor name : drh Afif Yuda Kusumah
