★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is a bit small but still spacious on the 2nd floor, the parking lot is big, and easy to reach. Staffs and doctors are friendly but also professional. Everytime my pets are sick, I always go back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ only one word "DISAPPOINTED" :
1. Vet inject our dogs in the afternoon (5 p.m.) with antibiotics. On the way home our dog became very weak, we thought it was a side effect of the drug. After that we made our dog comfortable by giving him water, food and letting him rest, but things got worse. The next day at 9 am, our dog died. (less than 24 hours after being examined and treated in "MADE pet cares")
2.The vet ONLY gives advice to operate on the next 3 days because there is not enough manpower, WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION ABOUT HOW SERIOUS THE CONDITION OF OUR DOG
3. When we asked further (when our dog was dead) there was NEW information about the possibility of a silent killer from his disease (not when he was first checked)
4. Do not want to admit and apologize when asked about possible mistakes.
NOT a recommendation when looking for treatment for your pet!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cat were surged here and it still love now. They treated pets well, and always respond to owners (though not fast enough but its okay for me).
All of my pets (cats and dog) being vaccinated here too. The consultation fee is 80K per visit. Idk if its expensive or not, however I always go there when my pets sick or need consultation.
