tanggal 15 feb kucing saya periksa disana karena perut membesar dan keras dugaan kembung , diberikan suntikan antibiotik dan vitamin , lalu diresepkan obat racikan ( kembung, imun , antibiotik , vitamin ) , padahal pertama di cek dokter bilang demam dan bisa mengakibatkan kejang tapi tidak diberikan obat demam, saya menghabiskan biaya 321.000 .
tanggal 16 feb saya kembali bertemu dokter karena kucing saya mendadak kejang, menunggu antrian cukup lama , tidak ada pelayanan cepat padahal sedang kejang, saat masuk kedalam ruangan ternyata tidak ada obat untuk kejang , hanya di berikan oksigen tapi ternyata oksigen yang diberikan habis jadi percuma , lalu dokter menyarankan untuk pindah ke dokter lain di tempat yang memiliki obat kejang disarankan di bsd atau bintaro ( lumayan jauh dari pamulang ) , karena solusi tidak membantu maka saya pulang dengan rasa kecewa , 3 jam kemudian karena tidak ada penanganan kucing saya MATI .
Saya ga tau kesalahan dimana , kalian nilai sendiri apakah layak atau tidak tempat ini .
saya memberikan bintang 1 karena saya KECEWA , tapi untuk komunikasi dokter ramah

On February 15th, my cat was checked there because the stomach was enlarged and it was suspected to be bloated, given an injection of antibiotics and vitamins, then prescribed a concoction medicine (bloating, immunity, antibiotics, vitamins), even though the doctor first checked that he had a fever and could cause seizures but no medicine was given fever, I spent 321,000 .
On February 16th I went back to see the doctor because my cat suddenly had a seizure, waiting in line for a long time, there was no fast service even though it was having a seizure, when I entered the room it turned out that there was no medicine for seizures, only given oxygen but it turned out that the oxygen was running out so it was useless, then the doctor suggested moving to another doctor in a place that has seizure medicine recommended in bsd or bintaro (quite far from pamulang), because the solution didn't help so I went home disappointed, 3 hours later because there was no treatment my cat DIED.
I don't know where I went wrong, you guys judge for yourself whether this place is worth it or not.
I gave 1 star because I was DISAPPOINTED, but for friendly doctor communication
