★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sangat kecewa dengan Rumah Sakit Mata Dr. Yap. Walaupun tempatnya bersih, servicenya sangat sangat kurang. Nunggunya super lama (~2 jam), dan walaupun dikasih nomor antrian, panggilnya acak2. Bagian administrasi juga jutek dan tidak ramah.
I am very disappointed with Rumah Sakit Mata Dr. Yap. Although the place is clean and well-kept, the service is VERY VERY bad. I waited 2 hours, only to be called called in for a short check-up. I then had to go out and wait another hour for the next process.
Also, when I called them in the morning, the receiver was not infomrative and did not help at all. He only redirected me to another number without providing proper information. When I called the number he gave, no one picked up.
Also, it turns out that while in the waiting room with other patients, they also felt the same way and experienced the same things! Not only me!
One of the worst experiences I have ever recieved in a hospital!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is very well-organized since everything is computerized. You can book the consultation online and check the queue easily through your phone. The staffs and doctors are friendly. All the explanation was clear. Thanks to Dr. Tatang for taking care of my dad very well. Since my dad had to be hospitalized due to his glaucoma, we had the experience of staying in the hospital, which we consider satisfying. The cost was not so high. It was around 11 million for trabeculectomy. For grade 2, the room has already been very comfortable. Overall, we're pleased with the service and facilities

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One and only eye hospital that I really trust since I was a child until now. The doctors always tell the truth about our eye condition, no sugar-coated words but not scare us as the patient. If there is the best solution, good or bad possibility, they will tell us just the way it is. I also had my surgery here in 2010, it ended up with a really good result until now. I don't mind the long queue to see the doctor because it's all worth it at the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the Dr. Yap Eye Hospital today. It was nice and clean place with good services. Because of Covid19, there some protocols need to do first before you go to the registration room. Body temperature test and a little interview about Covid19, but it was very friendly. I suggest you come in the morning before midday, because it was not too busy when i was there. All workers there are friendly (all workers i met i mean) hehe
Very recommend to come here for your eye problems...
