★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to buy a good product in my expectation. First, everything was good the sales guide were friendly and did well in service.
I trust him very much. Then for several days I didn't do nothing with my laptop but opened internet browser, that's all. Until yesterday, I need to use Ms office excel to made a small task and I realize that all the Ms office didn't work unless you buy the premium one which I totally didn't know it before.
Then I went to this place, met the guy whom serve me before (sales guide). I told him about that, and he simply "explain" just that time that the office they installed at the first day was a trial one and I have to buy the premium package so I can use my laptop for Ms Office's task.
The things that really disappointed me by this time is why he doesn't tell me about this before. And when I came asking this concern, there is no willing that he try to do while we need something for a solution. Really disappointed.
Sale something is not about make a deal with customer, grab their money and done. No big no no.
You need to maintain your service even after sales treatment, so you can give a good one to people. That's what you suppose to offered.
