Mau ambil STR, semua syarat dah lengkap dari rekomendasi IDI, rekomendasi Dinkes, SIP, surat keterangan tempat kerja, dll dah lengkap tinggal ambil doang aja katanya masih harus di ttd siapa gitu2 dulu. Mungkin dpmptsp kota mgl bisa studi banding ke dpmptsp daerah lain, di dpmptsp daerah lain ga sesulit di kota mgl dan bisa jalan2 aja tu pelayanannya. Tolong dijadikan evaluasi, terimakasih.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan terpadu satu pintu. Lokasi dekat dengan BPK RI. Saat masuk lokasi parkir yang cukup luas baik mobil maupun motor. Dinas ini ramah untuk para disabilitas, disediakan kursi roda dan jalur para disabilitas serta ramah lingkungan, disediakan sampah berbagai kategori. Petunjuk panah ke beberapa tempat yang lengkap. Kalau mau pelayanan ambil antrian terlebih dahulu, sabar untuk mendapatkan pelayanan. CS dengan ramah memberikan pelayanan. Di dalam ruang tunggu ada pojok bermain dan membaca bagi para pengunjung yang membawa anak kecil. Ruangan ber AC sehingga ruangan terasa nyaman.
