★ ★ ★ ★ ★ merupakan rumah dinas bagi walikota magelang.sekarang nampak megah sekali karena ada bangunan pendopo baru yang terbuat dari kayu jati.terlihat gagah dan megah sekali.lokasi sangat strategis di tengah kota magelang.jalanan depannya pun sudah diperlebar sehingga bis2 pun mudah mengakses jalan ini.penagamanan cukup ketat,pepohonannya pun rimbun.kekurangannya hanya seperti terisolasi dari warga karena sangat sulit untuk menghadap pak walikota.semoga pak walikota dapat lebih memperhatikan warganya bukan hanya pembangunan fisik kotanya
 is the official residence for the mayor of Magelang. now it looks very magnificent because there is a new pavilion made of teak wood. looks very handsome and majestic. very strategic location in the middle of magelang city. the front road has been widened so that buses can easily access this road. quite tight, the trees are lush. the only drawback is that they are isolated from the residents because it is very difficult to face the mayor.

Terletak di bagian selatan kota Magelang dengan pemandangan mengarah ke Gunung Sumbing dan Sindoro diiringi dengan lereng-lereng dan sawah yang memberikan suasana sejuk. Membuat walikota Magelang tidak terlalu sering tampak di ranah publik meski wilayah Kota Magelang sangat kecil dan semestinya terjangkau.
The official residence of the Mayor of Magelang, the building is large and comfortable. Located in the southern part of the city of Magelang with views leading to Mount Sumbing and Sindoro accompanied by slopes and rice fields that provide a cool atmosphere. Making the mayor of Magelang not very visible in the public sphere even though the area of the City of Magelang is very small and should be affordable.
