★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan kurang memuaskan, telpon ke nomor kantor jawabnnya kurang ramah, berkali2 dijawab pakai nada tinggi, ngurus pindah ktp dari bulan januari belum kelar2 sampai sekarang..katanya email salah kurang satu huruf doang harus ngirim ke grup apalah itu,,, sudah dikriim ulang pun tetep belum ada progress sampai sekarang... kurang solutif
 the service is not satisfactory, the call to the office number is not friendly, the answer is repeatedly using a high tone, taking care of moving the ID card from January has not been completed until now.. he said the email was missing one letter only, had to send it to the group, whatever it was, it was re-sent too still no progress until now... not a solution

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tadi lumayan cepet sih antrinya soalnya udah ambil antrian nya dari rumah jadi cepet deh, cuma agak gak kedengaran aja mbak mbak nya pas manggil soalnya rame banget , saran sih mungkin bisa pake pengeras suara aja sih biar yang agak jauh kedengaran gitu
The queue was pretty fast, because I already took the queue from home, so it was fast, I just didn't hear it when I called, because it was really busy, I suggest maybe you can use a loudspeaker so that it sounds a bit far away

Very slow of running process, awaiting area can not accommodate all people.
