★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya datang untuk urus KTP. Pelayanan tertulis sampai jam 3, tapi waktu saya datang pukul 2.40 sudah tidak dilayani lagi. Petugas sedang duduk berkumpul tidak menggunakan masker. Salah satu dari mereka meminta saya pulang dan memberikan selembar kertas berisi nomor whatsapp untuk bisa menghubungi nomor tersebut terlebih dahulu. Tidak jelas apakah harus kembali lagi setelah menguhubungi atau bagaimana. Sayang sekali yg seperti ini masih ada di negara kita.
