★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan mengecewakan, nomor antrean di kasih oleh Satpam sesuka hari dia yg mana yg akan didahulukan. Bukan ambil dr mesin. Org2 yg baru dtg setelah saya ternyata dpt nomor duluan dr saya. Dan ketika pembukaan, saya harus cari2 materai dl, bahkan disuruh keluar Bank DKI nyebrang ke Indomaret. Paraaahhhh
 Disappointing service, the queue number is given by the security guard according to which day he will take precedence. Don't take it from the machine. New people who came after me apparently got my number first. And when it was opened, I had to look for stamps, and was even told to leave Bank DKI and cross to Indomaret. Paraahhhh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gedung Tersendiri dan Baru Renovasi menjadi bagus dan Rapi. ATM juga Baru dan Bagus. CS dan Teller terpisah beda lantai yang cukup luas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Setiap kali datang ke Bank DKI cabang Matraman, nasabahnya selalu mengular. Datang pagi-pagi, sudah dapat antrian nomor puluhan. Customer service nya juga hanya ada 3, itupun yang aktif hanya 2 orang. Dimohon untuk meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap nasabah dengan menyediakan beberapa customer service sehingga nasabah yang datang pagi-pagi buta tidak harus menunggu sampai siang hingga sore hari untuk mendapatkan pelayanan. Terima kasih.
Every time they come to the Matraman branch of Bank DKI, their customers are always snaking. Came early in the morning, already got a queue of tens. There are also only 3 customer service, and even then only 2 people are active. It is requested to improve service to customers by providing some customer service so that customers who come early in the morning do not have to wait until noon until the afternoon to get service. Nasabah ga seberapa, tapi lama mengunggu nya keterlaluan, kalau kita bandingkan dengan bank2 lain disini paling lelet ga tau ngapain kali petugas nya, cuman cek saldo aja harus nunggu 2jam, emang kerjaan ini aja ? Dasar bank a....b .....

The customer is not much, but the wait is too long, if we compare it to other banks here, the slowest is not knowing what the clerk is doing, just checking the balance, you have to wait 2 hours, is this just this job? Basic bank a....b .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ datang pagi sesuai jadwal buka jam 8 (karena ada urusan lain yg harus dikejar) ternyata bank blm buka, baru dikasih nomer antrian, jam 8.10 baru bisa masuk ruangan CS..ada sekitar 8-10 meja tp hanya 3 CS yg ready. dan mulai dipanggil antrian 001 jam 8.12 gmn mau bersaing dengan bank nasional apalagi internasional.. seharusnya sudah siap semua pegawai dan pelayanan jam 8.00 pas ?
