★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gila nih pelayanan customer servicenya, masa antrian cuman 3 orang, per orang bisa lebih sejam. Pantes rating ga pernah bagus di sini. Gw Ngantri buat ganti pin aja 2jam, belum juga dipanggil no antrian gw... PAARRAAAHH
The customer service is crazy, the queue period is only 3 people, per person can be more than an hour. No wonder the rating has never been good here. I've been waiting in line to change my pin for 2 hours, my queue number hasn't been called yet... PAARRAAAAH

Very very bad management. The employees, can't they find employees who have a bachelor's degree in economics who are professional and have work experience. The cs sucks, just fire them, it doesn't work
