★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk, lelet, alat antrian rusak tapi ga diganti dan malah menyalahkan customer karna tidak dengar saat dipanggil padahal duduk di dekat customer service & tidak merasa terpanggil (entah suara petugas kecil atau bagaimana). Pokoknya bad service ?
Bad service, slow, the queue tool is broken but it is not replaced and instead blames the customer because he did not hear when called while sitting near the customer service & did not feel called (either the voice of a small officer or what). Anyway, bad service service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau buka rek baru katanya dukcapil error disuruh bawa KK buat backup, udh bolak balik bawa KK malah tetap kaga bisa di proses..
Ngerjain orang aja kalo dari awal ngga bisa bilang aja kaga bisa, jd orang ngga perlu bolak balik.
If you want to open a new account, it says that the Dukcapil error has been told to bring your KK for backup, I've been going back and forth with my KK but it still can't be processed..
Just do people if you can't say it from the start, you can't, so people don't have to go back and forth.

Setelah merasakan pelayanannya.. ternyata review nya sesuai, hehehe...
Sepi padahal, tp pelayanannya lama.
Ke cabang ini karena mau ganti kartu ATM, dan konfirmasi penawaran kartu kredit yg di terima via sms bbrp hari lalu.
Utk pengurusan ATM nya lancar, tetapi utk konfirmasi kartu kredit diarahkan untuk telpon ke 14041, pdhl tadi telp ke 14041 katanya bisa ditanyakan ke cs.
Before coming, check google maps and reviews. How come the average is only 2.3.
After feeling the service... it turns out that the review is appropriate, hehehe...
