★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya pernah naik 2 kali, kapok. Yg pertama tujuan Jogja, perjalanan lama banget padahal jalan normal. Yg bikin lama karena terlalu sering berhenti ga jelas dan lama. Setau saya padahal di perjalanan kru mereka ada 2. Perjalanan Jakarta-Jogja bisa sampe 18 jam. Saya dapet kursi deret paling belakang, di aplikasi isi 3, tapi kenyataan isi 4, bener-bener ada 4 orang dan 4 kursi sempit-sempit, sampe desek-desekan sepanjang perjalanan kayak naik angkot. Mana ACnya mati juga, parah lah. Bener-bener ga manusiawi untuk perjalanan jauh. Karena udah ga betah, kelamaan dan mereka mau nganterin penumpang dulu dan kata kenalan saya jauh, saya dan penumpang kenalan saya minta diturunin di Wates dan akhirnya lanjutin ke Jogja naik gocar. Perjalanan ke-2 saya pesen ke Delanggu, Klaten. Di aplikasi R*dbus jelas tertulis Delanggu, Klaten. Pas di poolnya saya konfirmasi, bilangnya "melayani tujuan klaten, tapi cuma dianter sampe jogja. solo juga kami layani, tapi dianter sampe jogja doang". Saya marah lah, kalo emang sampe Jogja doang kenapa di aplikasi ngiklanin tujuan Klaten, Jogja-Klaten jauh loh, apalagi solo. Perjalanan juga sama aja lama banget. Saya diturunin di Jogja dong, mana dituruninnya di depan AAU yg di situ susah banget buat nyetop bus sampe saya harus naik gojek dulu buat geser agak jauh. Saya kapok, padahal saya udah terlanjur pesen buat naik ke-3, akhirnya saya biarin hangus dan saya naik armada lain. Bener-bener kapok, harga tiketnya juga jauh banget ga sebanding sama pelayanannya.

My second trip was to Delanggu, Klaten. In the application R * dbus it is clearly written by Delanggu, Klaten. When I confirmed in the pool, I said "it serves the purpose of klaten, but we only served it until jogja. We also served solo, but it was hauled until jogja doang". I was angry, if it was until Jogja, why did the application advertise the purpose of Klaten, Jogja-Klaten far more, especially solo. The journey was just too long. I was dropped off in Jogja, where I descended in front of the AAU, where it was very difficult to stop the bus until I had to take a motorcycle first to slide a little distance. I learned my lesson, even though I had already missed out on going up to 3rd, finally I let it go and I boarded another fleet. Really give up, the ticket price is really far from the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office was really dark in the night, apparently the employees were reluctant to turn on the lights inside the office. There is lack on chairs and sofas for passengers to wait for their buses. We have to sit on the floor when waiting for our buses. However, the rest of the services were nice.
