★ ★ ★ ★ ★ klw pengaduan soal PJU itu kemana si ,, seharusnya dari desa setempat bisa membantu ya,, soalnya ko sudah 2 tahun ,,, lapor tapi kab. bogor tidak ada apresiasinya ke masyarakat ya,,,udh coba ke laras online,, gda jawaban. padahal kan setiap beli token listrik kita selalu di kenakan PPJ (Pajak penerangan jalan)
where do you complain about PJU, where should the local village be able to help? Bogor there is no appreciation to the community ... I have tried to go online, I didn't answer. even though every time we buy an electric token we always wear PPJ (street lighting tax)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harusnya ada mesin antrian, dan kalo belum ada mesinnya mohon di bagikan, jgn kita masyarakat harus berdiri nunggu lama bgt udah gitu ada rapat dan belum ada nomor antrian. Tolong perbaiki palayanannya !!
There should be a queue machine, and if there isn't one, please share it, don't let the public have to stand waiting for a long time, there's been a meeting and there's no queue number. Please improve the service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kebetulan poster alur pelayanan disimpan didalam. Dan pintu selalu ditutup. Saya bagikan disini alurnya agar masyarakat dapat membaca dulu sebelum datang.
Parkir mobil terbatas. Ruang tunggu didalam 10-20 orang . AC tidak optimal. Pelayanan front desk ramah. Ada hotline watsap. Pelayanan cukup efisien dalam hal waktu. Efektif dalam hal pemeriksaan berkas
