★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walaupun lagi sepi tetep lama... Petugasnya keliatan santai2, main HP, makan gorengan. Tidak ada info jelas harus tunggu berapa lama, kurang menghargai waktu dan kesabaran pengunjung.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mohon maaf sebelum nya , saya merasa cara kerja petugas2 nya lelet , sering salah input data , dan mesti dtg berkali , masa minta surat izin menikah aja sampe 2 Minggu ga kelar2 yg seharusnya 1 sampai 2 hari langsung jadi , nomor NIK salah , nama orang tua salah , sudah di kasih cp juga ga paham2 petugas nya yg "itu" , capedeeeh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat ramah. Tetapi SELALU salah input data. Mohon yang sedang dalam proses pengurusan disini agar lebih teliti. Karna apabila kesalahan sudah diperbaiki, perbaikan nya pun tetap salah. Petugas tetap ramah apabila kita proses perbaikan data berkali kali.
The service is very friendly. But ALWAYS wrong data input. Please those who are in the process of management here to be more careful. Because if the mistake has been corrected, the correction is still wrong. Officers remain friendly when we process data repairs multiple times.
