Di surat harus tertera:
1. Surat ditujukan kepada kelapa cabang dinas pend. wilayah VIII
2. Informasi pribadi mahasiswa (Nama, Nim, prodi, dll)
3. Judul penelitian,
4. Waktu penelitian (harus sesuai dengan yang di proposal)
5. Lokasi penelitian harus jelas (jika perlu diberi alamat)
Setidaknya perlu diperhatikan hal-hal tsb, untuk menghindari "salah format".
Surat kondisional bisa sehari langsung jadi, bisa sampai menunggu hari berikutnya.
Biasanya pihak sekretaris mengkonfirmasi apabila surat sudah jadi.
Semoga membantu, itu pengalaman saya saat mengurus surat di sana.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi di tengah kota. Ada mushalla yg cukup luas. Bagi pengunjung luar kota sebaiknya pahami dahulu rute dan arah jalan di sekitar lokasi karena ada beberapa jalan satu arah.
