★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ga masalah tempat kecil karna mungkin kantor cabang, bersih. Saya datang jam 1.15an CS sdg istirahat ok, ketika ditanya sampe jam berapa jawabnya 20 menit lagi soalnya “jam istirahatnya ga pasti”. Which mean jam setengah 2 br operasional normal? Wow. Cuma mau upgrade nomer hp harus nunggu yg mana menurut sy jam 1.15 harusnya ude siap lah ye, etdah. Telpon juga ga diangkat.
It's not a small place because the branch office is clean. I came at 1.15s CS, I was resting ok, when I was asked what time the answer was in 20 minutes, the question was "the rest hour is uncertain". Which mean half hour 2 br operational normally? Wow I just want to upgrade the cellphone number, which one should I wait for? 1.15, it should be ready, eh, etdah. The phone is also not picked up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat jelek. Sudah jelas2 ibu rumah tangga mau bikin rekening di bank permata. Syarat pake ktp suami sbg sumber dana. Dibank permata cabang kota lain bisa. Disini gabisa. Mungkin petugasnya tidak paham peraturan sehingga bisa berbeda2 dalam menentukan kebijakan. Tlong pegawai yg tidak kompeten di pecat saja. Kalian bukannya mengedepankan pelayanan kepada nasabah kan? Kalau punya pegawai yang ga kompeten kalian sendiri yg rugi.
Very bad service. It is clear that housewives want to set up an account at a gem bank. Requirements to use husband's ID card as a source of funds. Other city branch gem banks can. I can't here. Maybe the officers do not understand the regulations so that they can be different in determining policies. Please fire incompetent employees. You don't prioritize customer service, right? If you have incompetent employees, you are the ones who lose.
