β β β β β Saya sangat kecewa sekali dengan klinik ini.maksud saya datang ke klinik tsb pertama hanya untuk menanyakan dulu berapa biaya pemeriksaan gigi berlubang.tapi dengan petugasnya katanya harus diperiksa dokternya dulu baru akan tahu biayanya brp.setelah diperiksa saya pikir dokternya akan beri tahu baiaya ternyata langsung dilakukan tindakan.setelah selesai diperiksa langsung ke kasir dan disodorkan nota dengan total pembayaran 750rb.saya sangat kaget kok banyak sekali biayanya,kalo untuk orang yang mampu ga masalah uang segitu tapi bagi orang ga mampu seperti saya uang segitu sangat besar apalagi pekerjaan saya hanyalah seorang ojek online pasti berat sekali,butuh waktu kurleb sebulan untuk mendapatkan uang sebesar itu.padahal sisa uang itu juga untuk keperluan lainnya.kata dokternya seminggu lagi di suruh balik lagi untuk ditambal permanen tapi setelah tahu biayanya yang cukup besar saya urungkan saja rencana balik lagi ke klinik tsb.yang saya kecewakan kenapa petugasnya ga bisa ngasih analisa biayanya berapa.
 I am very disappointed with this clinic. I mean I came to the clinic first just to ask first how much it costs to check cavities, but the staff said they had to be checked by the doctor first and then they would know the cost. After being checked, I thought the doctor would tell you the cost, it turned out straight away. action is taken. after completing the check directly to the cashier and a note with a total payment of 750 thousand is presented. I am very surprised how much it costs, for people who can afford that kind of money, but for people who can not afford such money is very large, especially my job is only a Online motorcycle taxis must be very heavy, it took me a month to get that much money. Even though the rest of the money is also for other needs. said the doctor in a week was sent back again for permanent patching but after knowing the cost was quite large I just canceled the plan to return to the clinic that I was disappointed with was why the staff couldn't give it how much cost analysis.

Pihak klinik terlambat melayani 1 jam 40 menit.
Saya tanya di jam 12.30 (saya sudah menunggu 1 jam 10 menit tanpa diberi pengertian), saat saya tanya tapi sayangnya perawat tidak mengatakan "maaf" atau mengungkapkan alasan keterlambatan, tapi malah dengan nada merasa benar bilang "kita kan gak tau perawatan setiap pasien beda beda".
Soal waktu adalah cerimn dari profesionlitas dan manajemen.
