Terima kasih atas tanggapan manajemen d cleaner. Utk anda ketahui, setau saya jadwal ambil cucian saya di aston pluit adalah pukul 18.00 sore sesuai dgn jam plg kerja saya. Posisi saya berada dilantai atas alias lantai 15~20. Jd sy memerlukan wktu utk menunggu lift, krn lift adlh lift umun bukan lift pribadi. Apabila petugas tiba lebih awal semisal jam 17.30 sore bbrp kali tanpa menginfokan terlebih dahulu kpd sy dan menunggu saya sblm pkl 18.00 itu bukan salah saya yg menyebabkan petugas menunggu lama krn saya tdk bisa meramal jam brp petugas dtg jk tdk ada info sblmnya. Blh ditnykan ke petugas apa betul saat menunggu lama itu (by cek sms dihandphone petugas) dikarenakan krn petugas dtg pukul 17.43 bbrp kali krn mmg jadwal sy mmg pukul 18.00. Apabila sy tdk sanggup tiba diunit pukul 18.00 (80persen kejadian ) sy usahakan infokan by sms mulai dr jam 17.00 sore spy petugas yg terbatas jumlahnya bs ketempat lain dl dan tdk usah menunggu saya atau alternatif kedua sy slalu alihkan ke keesokan harinya (bisa owner cek by sms dihandphone petugas jemput cucian). Petugas jemput slama ini selalu sopan terhadap saya. Jujur sy yg sy kecewa adalah pelayanan mba jaga yg tampak menyepelekan pemberian informasi kpd saya pdhal td pagi sudah sy hubungi dr pukul 10.00. Kalo sibuk melayani customer yg datang tapi LUPA memberi kabar pd customer yg antar jemput, scra tdk lgs artinya mengutamakan customer yg dtg padahal hrsnya adil terhadap smua customer. Pelayanan yg sy rasakan bagus adlh jaman mba vera. Setelah mba vera tdk bekerja, mulai ada yang berubah. Makasih kiranya penjelasan sy cukup jelas. Apabila blm jelas silahkan menghubungi ke handphone saya , ria tau no hape saya. Makasih
Thank you for the management response d cleaner. For your information, as far as I know the schedule for taking my laundry at Aston Pluit is at 18.00 in accordance with my working hours. My position is on the floor, aka floors 15 ~ 20. So I need the time to wait for the elevator, because the elevator is a general elevator, not a private elevator. If the officer arrives early at 17:30 p.m. several times without informing me first and waiting for me before 18.00 it is not my fault that caused the officer to wait a long time because I could not predict the hours to the clerk without any advance information. Can you tell the officer what is really waiting for that long (by check sms in the cellphone officer) because the officer is at 17.43 a few times because of the mmg schedule I am at 18.00. If I am unable to arrive at 18.00 (80 percent of the incident) I try to inform by sms starting from 17:00 in the afternoon spy officers who are limited in number bs elsewhere and don't have to wait for me or the second alternative I always switch to the next day (can the owner check by sms in the laundry pick-up phone). The clerk of the slama is always polite to me. Honestly, I am disappointed that I was a guardian who looked down on giving information to me in the morning. I contacted you at 10:00. If you are busy serving customers who come but FORGET to give news to customers who pick up and drop, scra does not necessarily mean prioritizing customers who are in fact should be fair to all customers. The service that I feel is good is Mba Vera's era. After mba vera doesn't work, things start to change. Thanks, my explanation is quite clear. Service nya parah skrg! Beberapa kali nyuci kiloan bisa 2 minggu lebih gak diantar, ditelpon cuma bisa bilang diantar hari ini tetep aja gak diantar mesti ambil sendiri jg.
Service is bad now! Several times washing kilos can take more than 2 weeks, not delivered, a call can only say that it was delivered today but not delivered, you have to take it yourself too.
