 It's already application-based too, I think it's called cleanlabpos, it can be downloaded at bit.ly/downloadcleanlabpos. I don't have any lost items anymore, so I'm lazy to go to another laundry place!

But when we were there (to put the things by ourself, no pick up service), they said it's impossible to do it in a day and they even asked us to pay more than the price they gave us from the phone.
