★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad barber, seems not trained well and not skillful. Does not even understand "fading" and quite rude. When washing my hair does not even ask whether should use cold or hot water. Please improve. Chair no. 1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facility is great and comfy, i doubt the hygiene of equipment used. Since no uv sterilizer available and they dont clean equipment after using. The barber require more expert training and not only rely on experience. Please dont allow them play games during break time, ga enak dilihat customer karena kesannya sperti pemalas.
A bit disappointed with the haircut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order king package, but only haircut and hairwash. No hairstyle and massage. 60k for uncomplete package. No communication with customer. Only ask as usual and then silent and keep cuting. Train again how to treatment customer. When i come in, all employe busy with their phone seeing youtube maybe and ask what i need with still playing phone. Not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barber at chair no.1 wasn't professional at all. Saw him after his cigarrette and didn't wash and clean his hands. Then I told him about the style, didn't follow order. He didn't seems to listen and didn't ask anymore. Cut my hair just for about 7 mins and he said its done. Most likely half done. Udah keburu males sama orgnya. Then i called it done before my hair getting worse. Afterwards, he continued to smoke and play his phone. Seems like a lazy guy. Really, need a better service improvement
