★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat buruk,, pakai laundry express seharusnya paling lama malam bisa siap ini malah gak siap, dan di beri alasan biasa nya harus 1 hari jika pagi ambil pergi laundry harus besok pagi baru bisa ambil apakah itu masih laundry express dan malah suruh bayar laundry express benar sangat buruk pelayannya??
Very bad ,, using laundry express should be the longest night it can be ready, instead it is not ready, and the usual reason is that it must be 1 day if in the morning you take the laundry, you have to take it tomorrow morning, if it's still a laundry express and instead tell to pay for the laundry express is correct very bad waiter??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak professional, karyawan ngumpul di counter nya tidak ada yg pakai masker walau pandemi lg tinggi. Beli paket dibilang waktu 3 bln bisa di perpanjang, tetapi sesudah beli di bilang tdk bisa perpanjang. Hrs nambah paket utk perpanjang.
Unprofessional, employees gather at the counter, no one is wearing a mask, even though the pandemic is high. Buying a package says it can be extended for 3 months, but after buying it says it can't be extended. Have to add a package to extend.
