the service was horrible. visit there on Sunday to get my eyebrows done. But the staff did it so harshly, no hospitality, and after she done, she immediately excuse herself of the room. turns out there were cuts in my eyelids. It was literally bleeding. Now its still in recovery and i hope there will be no marks. i am so exhausted that time that i got no energy to complain. Please train your staff well. and for the visitor just reevaluate your choices again before you choose to come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried Waxhaus 3 weeks ago as some friends recommended me the place. Unfortunately, it was a very poor experience for me. The woman who waxed me broke my hair instead of waxing them from the root. The result was that my hair was visible just after 2 days. During the waxing session, the wax did not come off and the women waxed me multiple times in the same area which led me to have pain and visible bruises later on. Although the waxing was inexpensive, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please train your staff better to avoid such incidents for other clients in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here. Try its half legs and under arms. Place was clean and the bed small just standard. They finished it with threading, result it good. I usually being washed by antiseptic before and after treatment with warm water, but here only use water. The staff said they already put some other liquid for disinfectant but dont feel it. Staff friendly and give some advice on after wax to get best result

My therapist Mba Mijar was very friendly, attentive, patient, gentle and professional throughout the entire process. The waxing process was fast and effective. The service was great and I was also informed that the place was sanitized once in every two hours. The price was reasonable compared to other waxing places. Highly recommended ?!
