★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buka lab jam 07.00 tapi pelayanan Antigen pagi mulai jam 08.00 -11.00 , siang jam 14 - 17 harga 85 rb . untuk PCR mulai jam 08.00-10.00 harga 275 rb hasil jam 9 malam . tp ruang tunggu kurang besar dengan jumlah pasien lumayan banyak . tp untuk hasil antigen cepet keluar hasilnya dan ga sakit ambil sampelnya. monggo yg barangkali butuh info antigen dan PCR dan satu lagi sudah terintegrasi dg peduli lindungi .
Lab opens at 07.00 but Antigen service in the morning starts at 08.00-11.00, afternoon at 14-17 the price is 85 thousand. for PCR starting at 08.00-10.00 the price is 275 thousand, the result is at 9 pm. but the waiting room is not big enough with quite a lot of patients. But for the antigen results, the results come out quickly and it doesn't hurt to take the sample. Please, those who may need information on antigen and PCR and the other one has been integrated with care to protect.

Saya kecewa dengan pelayanan di lab klinik kimia farma karena pelayanan nya cenderung jutek. Di lab klinik tidak ada petunjuk alur pendaftaran - penanganan pasien. Jelas pasien bingung harus kemana dan ngapain.
Tapi petugas malah menjelaskan dengan jutek dan bete seakan sudah mengulang berulang kali penjelasan itu kepada tiap pasien.
So please,
Kalau memang lelah menjelaskan alur pendaftaran hingga pengambilan hasil, SILAHKAN MEMASANG POSTER ALUR PEMERIKSAAN.
Saya jg sudah pernah swab dibanyak klinik sebelumnya. Mengambil sample di area nasopharynx. Tapi disini ngambil nya ngga sampai ke nasopharynx :') bisa sih bisaaaa ambil ngga di nasopharynx tapi agak kurang srek aja buat aku yg kebiasaan diambil di nasopharynx
Im so sorry to say this.
I am disappointed with the service at the Pharmacy Chemistry clinic because the service tends to be dirty. In the clinical lab there are no instructions for the registration flow - patient handling. Obviously the patient is confused about where to go and what to do.
However, the officer explained in a harsh and angry manner as if he had repeated the explanation over and over to each patient.
So please,
If you are tired of explaining the registration process to the collection of results, PLEASE INSTALLING THE INSPECTION FLOW POSTER.
I've also had swabs in many clinics before. Take a sample in the nasopharynx area. But here, taking it doesn't reach the nasopharynx :') it's possible to take it from the nasopharynx, but it's a bit uncomfortable for me, who is used to taking it in the nasopharynx

Friendly service, antigen opens in the morning from 8 to 12. Afternoon, 2 to 5. at night, 7 to 8. the results come out quickly in about 20 minutes. thank you pharmacy chemistry lab

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali ke sini petugasnya ramah. Pasien diarahin biar gak numpuk antriannya soalnya ruang tunggu nya sempit banget. Gak kebayang kalau pas hujan apalagi swab nya di tenda luar. Tolong dong menejemen di tinjau untuk ruangannya ya. Kalau pelayanan nya sih cukup oke. Minta dikirim hasil by wa agak lama mungkin karena hectic overload pasien dibanding jumlah petugas nya kali yah. Tp gkpapa overall pelayanan di tempat cukup bagus ??
Noted bisa dipasang annoucement pembayaran non tunai, aku liat pas daftar banyak yg blm tau kalo disini cashless jd pembayaran nya di debet, transfer / qr. Gak perlu repot2 ke ATM buat gesek duit dulu ? cocok buat manusia cashless
First time here the staff is friendly. Patients are directed not to pile up the queue because the waiting room is very narrow. I can't imagine when it rains, let alone the swab in the outside tent. Please, please review the management for the room. If the service is quite okay. Asking for the results to be sent by wa takes a while, maybe because of the hectic overload of the patient compared to the number of staff. But it's okay overall the service at the place is quite good ??
Note that non-cash payment annoucements can be installed, I saw that when I registered, many didn't know that it was cashless here, so the payment was debited, transferred / qr. No need to bother going to the ATM to swipe money first ? suitable for cashless people

Beneran cepet dong. Cuma nunggu setengah jam hasil sudah ditangan.
Petugasnya kooperatif dan ramah, harganya 85 rb
Labnya ada di pinggir jalan, jadi gampang nyarinya.
Tempat parkirnya luas, jadi satu sama apotek kimia farma.
Labnya ada di bagian paling belakang ya.
Jam antigennya juga panjang, sampai malem.
Kata petugasnya sih hari minggu juga tetep buka. Tapi cuma sampai jam 2.
Sayangnya ruang tunggunya agak sempit sih, tapi g yang sempit2 banget.
Next kalau mau antigen kesini lagi ?
Semangat yaa buat mbak mbak petugasnya...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman pertama cek kesini, sudah booking lewat aplikasi halodoc.
Datang pagian sekitar jam setengah delapan, sama petugasnya diminta ambil no antrian.
Jam 8 tet baru mulai.
Petugasnya cepet, ramah, jadi antrian g numpuk lama (padahal ada sekitar 10an orang) petugas juga kooperatif ngarah2in customer jadi g numpuk terlalu banyak di ruang tunggu.
Hasil bisa dikirim lewat wa, tadi nunggu wa nya cepet sih g sampai sejam sudah dikirim. Sudah terkoneksi dengan aplikasi halodoc sama peduli lindungi juga.
Standing aplause buat BUMN, pelayanannya ajib.
Minusnya ruang tunggu sedikit sempit. Kebayang kalau pas hujan pasti desak2an di dalam. Tolong pihak manajemen diperlebar ya ruang tunggunya, kalau pelayanannya sudah bagus.

The staff is fast, friendly, so the queues don't pile up for a long time (even though there are around 10 people) the officers are also cooperative in guiding customers so there aren't too many piles up in the waiting room.
The results can be sent via wa, before waiting for wa, it's really fast, not until an hour has been sent. Already connected to the Halodoc application, care about protecting it too.

The minus is the waiting room is a bit cramped. Imagine if it rained, it would be crowded inside. Please the management widen the waiting room, if the service is good.
