Ketika masuk cukup mengambil nomor antrian di samping pintu masuk. Kemudian petugas akan memanggil nomor antrian dan memberikan layanan.
Pelayanan sangat ramah dan informatif. Kecepatan layanan sangat baik. Pembayaran dapat dilakukan secara cash maupum debit. Disarankan selama pandemi lebih baik menggunakan debit.
Hasil bisa diakses secara online setelah mendapatkan SMS dari prodia, baik melalui aplikasi maupun website yang tertera di SMS.

When entering, simply take the queue number beside the entrance. Then the officer will call the queue number and provide service.
Very friendly and informative service. Service speed is very good. Payment can be made by cash or debit. It is recommended that during a pandemic it is better to use debit.
Results can be accessed online after getting an SMS from Prodia, either through the application or website listed in the SMS.

The laboratorium itself is really integrated with Prodia app. 100% more convenient than the other lab in Purworejo.
You can register through the app and book almost all kinds of test from the app. No worries from waiting too long for the queue. You can book the test based on your schedule. There are many promotions which offers discounts.
You can also download your test result via Prodia app, so you don't need to go back to the lab again to pick up your test result.
Not to mention that the staffs are really kind and friendly. They don't hesitate to explain the app and offer promotions that still eligible. They even kindly explain how to get the promotion for ths next tests or appointments when we miss the current promotion.
