★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya datang untuk melakukan treadmill jantung dgn surat rujukan seorang dr jantung dr salah satu RS. Surat rujukan lengkap dgn tanda tangan dan stempel dokter. Saya ditolak oleh petugas admin di depan dgn alasan surat rujukan harus ada stempel rumah sakit 1x 24 jam sblm hari H. Saat mendaftar saya sebutkan bahwa saya pasien umum bukan bpjs. Tetapi 2 orang petugas di depan tidak menerima surat rujukan tsb tanpa stempel RS.
Selanjutnya saya ke RS utk meminta stempel dan RS mengatakan stempel tdk diperlukan sebab saya pasien umum bkn bpjs.
Petugas admin klinik sepertinya kayaq orang bingung dan tidak well trained. Boleh saya katakan bahwa pedagang es teh lebih pintar dr petugas admin klinik ini.
Saya sih gampang saja..pindah klinik tetapi klinik ini kehilangan customer. Stlh saya lihat review ternyata banyak sekali keluhan mengenai kualitas petugas admin.
 I came to do a cardiac treadmill with a referral letter from a cardiologist from one of the hospitals. Complete referral letter with doctor's signature and seal. I was rejected by the admin officer at the front on the grounds that the referral letter must have a hospital stamp 1 x 24 hours before the D day. When I registered I mentioned that I was a general patient, not BPJS. But the 2 officers at the front did not receive the referral letter without the hospital stamp.
Then I went to the hospital to ask for a stamp and the hospital said the stamp was not needed because I am a general patient, not BPJS.
Clinic admin officers seem like confused and not well trained people. May I say that the iced tea vendor is smarter than the clinic admin staff.
It's easy for me... moving clinics but this clinic has lost customers. After I saw the review, it turned out that there were a lot of complaints about the quality of the admin staff.

Saya datang pagi jam 8 (weekday) untuk Swab PCR dan cuma antri 3 orang.
Jadi, prosesnya cepat dan ramah juga petugas²nya.
Kalo misal lagi rame ya wajar kalo nunggu lama ya antriannya dan barangkali ada petugas yg lalai harap maklum, yg dilayani ngga cuma 1 atau 2 orang aja. Tinggal tanyakan ulang ke petugas baik², Nakes & staf juga manusia.
Semangat buat para Petugas & Nakes Pramita.
So far, satisfied with the service.
I came in the morning at 8 (weekday) for a PCR swab and only 3 people queued.
So, the process is fast and friendly as well as the staff.
For example, if it's busy, it's only natural if you wait a long time, the queue and maybe there are officers who are negligent, please understand, not only 1 or 2 people are served. Just ask again to the good officers, health workers & staff are also human.
Enthusiasm for Pramita Officers & Healthcare Workers.
