tolong diganti customer service nya, saya nunggu 2 jam, untuk mengganti nomer telfon kartu kredit, dan ternyata nomer telfonya tidak diganti. pelayanan kurang, lebih baik di tutup aja dan di ganti yang lebih besar tempatnya. customer di dengarkan karena dari 1 mulut bisa ke 5 mulut. dari 5 bisa ke 25, ingat itu

kacau pegawai nya, ngelayanin gak sepenuh hati, malah dapet penjelasan dari OB nya baik banget, teller, securty nya pilihΒ² orang ngelayanin nya ..

Pelayanannya kurang memuaskan,solusi gk bikin puas. Saya tinggal di PS minggu. Knp di sarankan musti buat ATM di Kuningan plaza. Karena cuman di blg ada dauble di data,lah kan ini bank udh maju. Harusnya bisa bikin nasabah gampang bukan bikin susah.

Pelayanan lemot, ga ada urutan nomor antrian. Ada sih nomor antrian tapi ga di tampilkan di layar, alhasil bisa jadi di selak sama cost lain. Pelayanan kurang profesional, saya nunggu disini hampir 3 jam. Padahal pelayanan nya seharusnya cepet. Setelah dari CIMB niaga pasar minggu saya urus kartu saya yang hilang di BCA, ga sampe 15 menit urusan saya selesai. Beda banget sama Bank ini, citra buruk semoga cepet bangkrut..

Parah bgt nunggunya. Dah lama banget. Saran aja buat cimb, masa ngisi formulir hrs di depan CS. 1 no. Antrian jadi lama lah. Bisa 30-45 menit. Satpamnya mungkin bisa diajarin masalah formulir. Jadi pas nunggu bisa sambil isi formulir. Ga kaya begini. Di panggil baru isi formulir

untuk teman-teman yang sedang mengurus/membuat kartu atm saya informasikan pikir pikir lagi dah kalau kesini, pelayanan sangat kurang ramah, jumat 24 Desember 2021 kemarin saya kesini untuk mengurus kartu atm saya yang kesedot di mesin atm lain, niat saya kesini untuk mengurus kartu atm saya, karena sebelumnya saya telpon call center dari cimb niaga untuk memblokir akun sementara dan mereka menyarankan untuk mengurus secepatnya dan syarat nya hanya bawa ktp ke KCP terdekat, nah pada saat saya datang ke kcp pasar minggu, saya disambut oleh pak satpam dan pak satpam bertanya, mau ngapain pak ada yang bisa dibantu, saya jawab saya ingin membuka blokir akun saya dan ingin mengganti kartu atm baru. sebelumnya saya sudah telpon call center dan menyarankan ke KCP Cimbniaga terdekat dan mereka memberitahu syarat hanya bawa ktp dan buku tabungan jika ada, terus pak satpamnya bilang bawa buku tabungan pak, saya jawab tidak dan bapaknya bilang harus bawa terus saya bilang, terus saya jawab kemarin saya telpon call center dan call centernya bilang hanya bawa ktp saja dan buku tabungan jika ada, dan itu saya pastikan ke mbak call centernya bahwa gak bawa buku tabungan bisa dan mbaknya jawab bisa, nah setelah itu saya disuruh duduk sementara untuk menunggu, nah setelah saya tunggu beberapa menit datang lah CS nya dan dia nanya ada kendala apa pak, saya bilang kartu atm saya kesedot dan saya sudah telpon call center untuk memblokir akun sementara dan sall centernya bilang untuk datang ke KCP terdekat untuk membuka blokiran dan mendapatkan kartu baru, nah CS langsung bilang bawa buku tabungan gak? terus aku jawab gak pak, dan CS langsung bilang kita gak bisa urus dan disitu saya langsung shok, gak mau ribet,terus aku bilang yaudah pak, terus satpamnya nyaranin ke kcp kalibata, terus saya jawab iya iya aja, kebetulan saya tau ada KCP di arkadia, disitu sudah hujan deras, dan baju saya basah karena naik grab bike, pada saat saya sampai di kcp gedung arkadia daerah tb simatupang saya disambut bangat sama satpam dan staffnya padahal disitu saya dalam keadaan basah kuyup, saya langsung disruh duduk dan isi form setelah itu minta ktp, dan yang bikin shok gak ribet + gratis, disitu saya hanya 20 menit gak bayar tapi disambut seperti raja, kejadian ini gak akan terulang lagi malas bangat kalau ada bagian jasa seperti ini, untungnya yang di arkadia pelayanannya baik, ini kejadian nyata, hanya pembelajaran buat kita semua, awalnya sih sudah lihat review jelek cuman karena reviewnya banyakan tentang antrian gak masalah sayapikir begitu, setelah saya mengalami emang malas bangat dah kesitu, ini bukan bermaksud menjatuhkan kcp pasming cuman ini kejadian nyata saya. Then I answered no, sir, and CS immediately said we couldn't take care of it and there I was immediately shocked, I didn't want to be complicated, then I said okay, sir, the security guard advised me to KCP Kalibata, then I answered yes, I just happened, I happened to know there was a KCP in arkadia, it was raining heavily there, and my clothes were wet from riding a grab bike, when I arrived at the kcp arkadia building in the tb simatupang area I was warmly welcomed by the security guard and his staff even though I was soaking wet there, I was immediately told to sit down and fill out the form after it asks for an ID card, and what makes it shocking is not complicated + free, there I only didn't pay for 20 minutes but was greeted like a king, this incident won't happen again, it's really lazy if there is a service department like this, fortunately the service at Arkadia is good, this is a real incident , just a lesson for all of us, at first I saw bad reviews, just because the reviews were mostly about queues, it doesn't matter, I think so, after I experienced it, I was really lazy. , this is not meant to bring down kcp pasming, this is just what happened to me. Untuk bank CIMB NIAGA cabang pasar minggu . Ada saja alasan kartu stock penggantian kartu baru abis , apa benar stock kartu ATM setiap bank itu terbatas misalkan 10pcs kartu ATM , emng dari setiap transaksi customer yg datang ke bank tsb melakukan penggantian kartu ? Saya disini perantau , apa tidak ada kebijakan untuk bank cimb niaga cabang ps minggu ini menyediakan stock kartu ATM tercukupi !!!
For bank CIMB NIAGA market branch of the week.
