★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffnya sangat helpful dan ramah. Recommended deh. Oh iya, kalo ada yang rencana mau cek lab, mendingan download aplikasi prodia deh, booking dan bayar cek lab dari aplikasi, soalnya suka ada diskon. Lumayan banget diskonnya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa banget karena jadinya nggak sesuai waktu yang diinfokan. Udah gitu ada hasil lab yang mundur karena alatnya rusak (masa sadar alatnya rusak baru di malam seharusnya tesnya jadi). Padahal hasilnya harus saya bawa ke dokter dalam 2 hari. Buat apa hasil labnya kalau mundur, nggak kepake juga sama dokternya.
Udah gitu diinfo gini setelah saya sampe 2x telpon call center (yang konfirmasinya panjang banget ngabis-ngabisin pulsa), bilangnya follow up. Difollow up sih besoknya, tapi kalo hasil tesnya nggak jadi on time buat apa (padahal tesnya mahal). Diminta usahain ke pusat bilangnya overload. Kalo overload, gausah nerima permintaan. Saya tunggu itikad baiknya agar bisa menyelesaikan sebelum saya ke dokter besok. Terima kasih.
Very disappointed because it didn't match the time that was announced. After all, there are lab results that are back because the equipment was damaged (when you realized the tool was broken, it was only the night that the test should have been done). I had to take the results to the doctor in 2 days though. What's the point of the lab results if you go back, don't use the doctor either.
That's what I was informed about, after I made 2 calls to the call center (the confirmation took a long time to drain my credit), they said follow up. It will be followed up the next day, but if the test results are not on time, what do you do with it (even though the test is expensive). Asked to try to go to the center said it was overloaded. If it's overloaded, don't accept requests. I'm waiting for his good faith to finish before I go to the doctor tomorrow. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat mengecewakan untuk bagian pendaftaran khususnya mba2 yg bertugas dicounter 3 di tgl 29 Desember 2021... saya mau cek darah dan cek urine dengan membawa surat pengantar dr RS foto USg dan buku pink yg ada ket klo saya hamil... Disaat saya bilang mau membayar dengan asuransi saya ditolak dengan alasan diagnosa tidak ada dan nanti takut tidak dicover oleh asuransi nya terkecuali saya membayar dengan uang cash baru bisa dilayanin.... Heloo mba yg dicounter no 3 asuransi saya bayar loh bukan nya gratis ... Lalu saya pindah ke Prodia Kebayoran alhamdullah saya di layanin dengan baik saya bisa melakukan cek darah dan cek urine dan pembayaran nya dicover semua oleh asuransi saya... Harap itu bagian pendaftarannya ditraining lagi diProdia pasar Minggu untuk memperbaiki pelayanan dan cara menghadapi pelanggan Prodia yg menggunakan asuransi.
It's very disappointing for the registration section, especially the ladies on duty at counter 3 on December 29, 2021... I want to do a blood and urine check with a cover letter from the hospital for ultrasound photos and a pink book that says I'm pregnant... When I said I wanted to paying with insurance I was refused on the grounds that the diagnosis did not exist and later I was afraid that it would not be covered by the insurance unless I paid with cash and then I could be served.... Hello, madam, who countered number 3, my insurance paid, it wasn't free... Then I moved to Prodia Kebayoran, thank God, I was served well. I was able to do a blood and urine check and all payments were covered by my insurance... Hope that the registration section is trained again at Prodia Pasar Minggu to improve services and how to deal with Prodia customers who use insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini cukup lengkap sih ada laboratorium dan ada klinik dokter umum juga.. bisa test pcr ataupun scan thorax.. system antrian nya pun sudah oke tinggal ambil nomor antrian di mesinnya..
It's quite complete, there is a laboratory and there is a general doctor's clinic too.. you can do a PCR test or a thorax scan.. the queuing system is okay, just take the queue number on the machine..
