The cashier is slow especially if it's non-cash payments. Often (seen) it is difficult to operate the cash register & must be assisted by other colleagues

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Briefing sore jam 16.00 terlalu lama, dan ditempat frozen foods. Pelanggan jd nunggu mau ambil frozen foods dan kebalik, malahan pelanggan yg merasa ga enak ganggu.
Ember buat cuci tangan dan sabun jg habis sama sekali. Jd byk briefing tp zonk pelayananan ke pelanggan...
Afternoon briefing at 16:00 is too long, and in place of frozen foods. Customers are waiting to take frozen foods and back, even customers who feel uncomfortable bothering.
The bucket for hand washing and soap also runs out at all. So byk zonk service briefings to customers ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beli buah di alfamidi klo malem tuh emang zonk bgt. Buahnya udah asem, berlendir dan bau. Harganya rp 9ribu pula :(. Tolong dong diperhatikan lagi kesegaran buahnya drpd konsumen keracunan
Buy fruit in Alfamidi if it's normal, it's not really good. The fruit is sour, slimy and smelly. The price is Rp. 9,000 also :(. Please pay attention to the freshness of the fruit from poisoned consumers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parkiran luas, ada bbrp food store jg di parking area. Tapi kadang terlalu ramai dan kasir yg on cuma 1 padahal ada 2 mesin kasir di sini.
