Raya Pasar Minggu kurang bagus, karena saya sudah antri sekitar satu 90 menit tapi pengajuan pembuatan kartu ATM saya yang tertelan ditolak dengan alasan harus ada KTP asli dan SiM asli....aneh bikin ATM kok minta SIM???? Kalo gak niat kerja, gak usah kerja!!! Profesional donk...
Mungkin karena antrian customer terlalu banyak, jadinya mereka membuat alasan sendiri agar menekan antrian customer dan tidak mau melayani customer yang sekiranya tidak perlu dilayani. Bilang aja dari awal kalo saya gak bisa dibantu urus ATM baru.
Setelah itu saya ke Bank CIMB Niaga di Jl. Warung Buncit, untuk pengurusan ATM baru cukup membawa KTP asli tidak perlu SIM.
Services at Bank CIMB Niaga Jl. Raya Pasar Minggu is not good, because I've been queuing for about one 90 minutes but the application for making my swallowed ATM card was rejected on the grounds that there must be an original KTP and original SIM....it's weird to make an ATM asking for a SIM???? If you don't want to work, don't work!!! Don't be professional...
Maybe because there are too many customer queues, so they make their own excuses to suppress the customer queue and don't want to serve customers who don't need to be served. Just say from the start that I can't be helped with the new ATM.
After that I went to Bank CIMB Niaga on Jl. Warung Buncit, for new ATM arrangements, it is enough to bring an original ID card, no SIM is needed.
