★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya lambat sekali dan CSnya ngeselin, kita komplen dibalik ngegas dan alasan aneh2. sdh gt di bawah tidak ada tempat duduk, padahal kita disuruh nunggu di bawah. Nunggu berdiri lama bgt. Tadinya mau ngasih bintang 2, karna ga tega udh lama jd nasabah. pas cs-nya responnya buruk. yaudah wajib bintang 1
 The service is very slow and the CS is annoying, we are complaining behind hastening and strange reasons. already there is no seat below, even though we were told to wait downstairs. Wait a long time. At first I wanted to give 2 stars, because I couldn't bear to be a customer for a long time. when the cs response was bad. yes it is mandatory 1 star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk tarik tunai, baik dengan kartu maupun rekening ponsel selalu oke. Satu kali 24 jam 7 hari Seminggu saya gak pernah ketemu gagal transaksi.
To withdraw cash, either with a card or a cellphone account, it's always okay. Once 24 hours 7 days a week I have never met a failed transaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awal bulan pas perayaan Imlek untuk ATM buka jadi saya kesana untuk pembayaran kartu kredit. Setor tunai lebih dahulu kemudian lakukan pembayaran. Selalu ada security nya jadi ada yang mau ditanyakan atw butuh bantuan bisa lgs dibantu.
At the beginning of the month, during the Chinese New Year celebrations, ATMs opened so I went there for credit card payments. Deposit cash first then make payment. There is always security, so if anyone wants to ask questions or need help, they can be helped.
