★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satpamnya yg kurus tinggi kurang baik dan ga sopan...di training lg...ibu saya sdh tua minta duduk di kursi cs yg ada sandarannya ga boleh padahal kosong kursinya......cs lama....nunggu 2 jam...ibu saya sdh 75 thn..mau ganti ATM...payah bri disini...parkir mobil jg susah
 The tall, skinny security guard is not good and not polite... in training again... my mother is old asking to sit in a cs chair with a backrest, it can't even though the seat is empty...... cs is long... waited 2 hours ...my mother is 75 years old..want to change ATM...it's bad bri here...car parking is also difficult

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parkir penuh terus, antrean mengular, pelayanan agak lama.
Kalau nasabah diminta menunggu di luar karena protokol jaga jarak, seharusnya disediakan kursi yang cukup dan pengeras suara di luar supaya gak berdiri lama dan terdengar nomor antrean di CS/Teller.
The parking lot is full, the queue is snaking, the service is a bit long.
If customers are asked to wait outside due to the social distancing protocol, there should be sufficient seats and loudspeakers outside so that they don't stand for long and hear the queue number at the CS/Teller.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya bersih dan nyaman, Pelayanan ramah dan memuaskan. Satpamnya fast response. Sekarang Gedungnya baru pindah tidak jauh dari lokasi yang dulu hanya di seberangnya saja, lebih luas dan lebih megah.
The place is clean and comfortable, the service is friendly and satisfying. The security guard is fast response. Now the new building has moved not far from the former location just across from it, wider and more magnificent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bisa-bisanya kartu ATM kosong padahal datang pagi pagi, mana jutek bgt satpamnya, di kcp kosong, KC kosong masa dalam waktu 1jam saja kartu ATM bisa habis kuotanya?
Sometimes the ATM card is empty even though it comes in the morning, where is the security guard, the KC is empty, the KC is empty, the ATM card can run out of quota within 1 hour

bri, why do people want to make an atm difficult because it's down again, even though the cash deposit has failed to accrue, instead waiting 14 working days before being able to return the money oh my

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATM setor tunai bisa di pojok kanan doang, yg lainnya gabisa terus. Payah bener padahal mesin baru hitachi. Gimana mau nyamain echanelnya BCA.???
ATM cash deposits can only be in the right corner, others can't continue. It's really bad even though it's a new Hitachi engine. How do you want to play the BCA channel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sekelas bri yang cabangnya ada di mana mana fasilitasnya tidak bagus sama sekali. Mau ganti atm saja harus pakai buku tabungan, padahal sebelumnya saya tidak dikasih buku tabungan. Di bank lain ganti atm tinggal pakai ktp dan bisa langsung cetak atn baru. Jaman sekarang bank masih pakai buku tabungan ??? Yang benar aja
A class of bri whose branches are everywhere the facilities are not good at all. If you want to change atm, you have to use a passbook, even though I wasn't given a passbook before. At other banks, change atm, just use your ID card and you can print a new atn right away. Nowadays, banks still use savings books??? What's right

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebenarnya untuk ke BRI ini tujuan saya utk mengganti kartu ke chip.
Prosesnya panjang sampe saya memakai 2 hari kerja.
Kamis saya datang ke 3 outlet karna antrian CS panjang diarahkan ke outlet lain, outlet ke 2 diinfo kurang berkas BUKU TABUNGAN, outlet ke 3 sudah tutup jam operasional 14:00, lalu dari outlet ke 3 tsb saya diarahkan untuk datang kembali ke outlet Kantor Cabang karna yg bisa utk mengurus ganti kartu hanya di Kantor Cabang tidak bisa di Kantor Unit
Ternyata ada jenjangnya, yg saya kira semua kantor BRI bisa saja.
Jadi beda aturan BRI dgn biru swasta yg biasa saya gunakan ya itu BUKU TABUNGAN dan wewenang pengerjaan yg berjenjang.
Btw secara tempat ini over all baik.
Ya lah secara kantor cabang jadi harus tampil baik.
Parkir luas, satpam ramah, ruang tunggu nyaman (jaga jarak diperhatikan satpam),
Antrian memang panjang (namun saya memilih tetap menunggu), CS melayani dengan jelas dan semua kebutuhan saya terselesaikan (ganti kartu, update data, print buku, buka mobile banking) biar gk balik lagi ke CS.
Actually, to go to BRI, my goal is to change the card to a chip.
The process is long until I use 2 working days.
Thursday I came to 3 outlets because the long CS queue was directed to another outlet, the 2nd outlet was informed that there was a lack of a SAVING BOOK file, the 3rd outlet had closed operating hours at 14:00, then from the 3rd outlet I was directed to come back to the Branch Office outlet because those who can take care of changing cards are only at the branch office, not at the unit office
It turns out that there are levels, which I think all BRI offices can do.
So, the BRI regulations are different from the private blueprints that I usually use, they are the SAVINGS BOOK and the work authority is tiered.
Btw this place is over all good.
Yes, it's a branch office so you have to look good.
Spacious parking, friendly security guard, comfortable waiting room (keep your distance from the security guard),
The queue was long (but I chose to keep waiting), CS served clearly and all my needs were resolved (change cards, update data, print books, open mobile banking) so I wouldn't go back to CS.
