ngantri lama banget bisa 1 jam untuk 1 orang buat transaksi di sini, csnya lolo banget kok bisa direkrut pegawai gak cekatan gini

Pelayanan nya lama, kasir cuma 1, CS 3 tp yg berfungsi 2, suruh migrasi tapi pelayanan gak gercep.
The service is long, only 1 cashier, CS 3 but 2 that function, ordered to migrate but service is not fast.

Good syariah bank ... To harus diperbaiki lg pelayanannya.. Lambaaaat bgt... Kurang responsif.. Kalau customer bicara hrs lbh didengar dong... Apalagi kalau proses transfer... kami punya Rekening di BSI Kebon Jeruk mau transfer lewat BSI Jl paus... Proses nya super lambaatt dan teller nya ga mau dengar apa yg kami sampaikan....
Good sharia bank... The service must be improved again.. Very slow... Not responsive.. If the customer talks, it should be heard more... Especially if the transfer process... we have an account at BSI Kebon Jeruk want to transfer via BSI Jl Paus... The process is super slow and the teller doesn't want to hear what we have to say....

Fitur fitur mbankingnya banyak ada beberapa kekurangan, masih banyak transaksi yang belum bisa dilakukan dengan mbanking mungkin karena masih baru dan dalam pengemabangan

Pelayanan sangat slow dan tidak mempertimbangkan waktu orang lain yang harus menunggu sampai 1 jam lebih hanya untuk menunggu dua antrian. Saya no 21 dan dari no 18 ke 21 saya sudah menunggu dari jam 11. Saya rasa perlu refleksi internal atau performance indicators yg jelas agar BSI bisa mengukur wajar gk waktu antrian ini. Dan satu hal lagi ada dua orang laki2 (nasabah) yang tidak menggunakan maskernya dengan benar bahkan hidungnya terekspose dan tidak ditegur. Yang satu batuk2. Mengerikan sekali sih manajemen bank ini
Service is very slow and does not consider the time of other people who have to wait for more than 1 hour just to wait for two queues. I'm number 21 and from number 18 to 21 I've been waiting since 11 am. I think we need clear internal reflection or performance indicators so that BSI can measure this queue time properly. And one more thing there are two men (customers) who do not use their masks properly and even their noses are exposed and are not reprimanded. One coughs. The management of this bank is terrible

Great bank with great services. The customer services and the staffs is really friendly. The customer service explaining about the bank system and type of saving really patient and carefully to me when I want to open new bank account. Great work.

July 5, 202. I want to change my card from Mandiri Syariah VISA chip TO BSI/ Mandiri Syariah GPN but it doesn't work because the card stock is empty. I want to change my Visa card to GPN so that I don't incur monthly admin fees / reduce monthly admin fees. When I first arrived, I was greeted and talked to the security guard, I wanted to change my visa card to GPN. I was told to wait a while outside while my card was brought. Then the security guard spoke again that my card could still be used. Then I explained what I meant by changing from a visa to a GPN so as not to incur monthly admin fees (and also supporting the government's BI programs/products). I was told to wait a bit to come back. And finally informed that the stock is empty and will be notified in the future. Finally I stayed outside waiting for the vehicle and it wasn't long. One of the people who were holding letters and a bsi savings book came out. Just positive thinking, maybe the gpn debit card is empty. I am a BSI customer who registered at KCP. I got an old Mandiri Syariah passbook that has been stamped with BSI and an Mandiri Syariah Visa Silver ATM card. A few months later after I registered, I wanted to change my card to GPN for that reason. Because when I registered at the KCP I was immediately given an Mandiri Syariah Debit Silver Visa without a choice. I saw information on the BSI website that if I take a silver GPN debit then I will not be charged a monthly admin fee, and if I take a GPN above it (gold or other) then the cost is cheaper than a gold visa. By the time I came to KCP. I was greeted by a security guard, served and invited to enter. Not long after, he was called. I stretch if I want to change to GPN from visa. Unfortunately the bank employee said KCP still has not received the new debit card stock. Other new registrants at this kcp will also still be given a debit card and old savings book (madiri sharia) and incidentally there is only visa stock, GPN is not available. I was told if at kc Rawamangun the card stock was available and I could go there. For free exchange. Or you can wait until July 10 and then come back to the kcp in the hope that the gpn ATM card is available. The employee apologized, and the service was very satisfying. Security guards and employees are very attentive to customers with care. I didn't mention kcp for convenience reasons. Just positive thinking. Maybe because I was on an emergency PPKM I was not allowed to enter, and it was true that the stock of the GPN debit card was empty. But it's a bit odd if I'm told that if my card can still be used then it's out of stock. I feel that the service is more comfortable at KCP than at KC Rawamangun
