★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff there were really useless, didn't helpful at all. When I ask them to change my data plan, they look confused and suggested me to come to their headquarter in near Monas. Then I asked to see their supervisor but it seems he/she was to affraid to meet me. All in all, sucks service, better to stop the dataplan and move to better internet provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is pretty small but relatively cozy. The service is neither fast nor slow but since there are only 2 or 3 help desk the service felt a lot longer than it should be. However the staffs are really helpful and knowledgeable or their stuff. Very good ?.

Went there to replace my lost SIM Card, and still hasn't been activated in 5 days, turns out the staff FORGET to activated my SIM Card (of course you need to go there again to notify them, such convenient). No compensation whatsoever, even the manager won't apologize to you, as if it's usually happens. But hey, what do they care?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too many people/customers are queueing while there are only limited number of staffs handling all of the customers. They should improve this, so that people/customers don't have to wait for a very long time to get served. Maybe they can try to: add more places like this around the city, add more staffs, or improve the system so that it is more efficient.
