★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coveniently located in one of the better malls of Jakarta. I wish the seats are vacuumed/cleaned more often, however it’s bareable and comfortable. Decent choice of standard snacks of the XXI theaters, but the service is slow especially with food prep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place. Only problem is so do a lot of people. One of the few imax theaters in Jakarta. Can be hard to get tickets to the block busters. Top floor..box office opens at 11.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite movie theater. They had multiple studios, so you have lots of movie options to see. They also had IMAX and The Premiere feature here. And one of the studios have Dolby Atmos feature. Pretty amazing cinema! And one of my fave feature that I also really like is the online booking feature through TIX ID and MTIX, cause it will guarantee you from hassle and long queuing! You can just booked your movie ticket earlier and printed the ticket easily when you arrive. Cinema XXI also had quite of delicious menu for when you wanna grab a bite when you watch a movie. This one also had super spacious lobby which I find pretty relief to see. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Favorite place to watch movie, due it's near ny resident. It have 8 theater and it big. The good serve by sales girl/boy who will offered you package food before the movies shows otherwise you canawasy buy in counter.
They will be bag searching, but not checking your personal bag thoroughly like in other movie theater, as no food and drink from outside allowed.
The toilet sparkling clean cause it attended and manage by the cleaning staff.
Lot of seating area nearby the entrance of theater, there's also XXI cafe where "the ethic" is you gave to pay for dine in if you like to seating there
The vip level call premiere theater it have their own counter ticket and lounge price above the normal theater, with incline seat like massage bed and food tray.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious lobby. A lot of seats to sit on while waiting. Always cold air conditioning temperature. Perfect quality of sound and image in the cinemas. Very clean and comfortable toilet space

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My most favorite hang out place aside Plaza Senayan, Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia. Well... Ease to find parking space, simply layout and well organized outlet placement.
Love the environment and it has very good energy inside there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many..many..months after pandemic, this is first visit to Cinema. Can feel the excitements of people coming for a movie. Ground rules for my kids, keep their masks on. No foods no drinks inside, let others be but not our family. Just a week before Xmas. Can enjoy the holidays without too much crowds inside.
