★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The residence, pretty quite place to stay, not far from Citraland (only 2-4 minutes by bike), Central Park and Mal Taman Anggrek. Not far from universities (Untar, Atmajaya, Binus), Schools, Hospital, Transjakarta shelter, train station, and highway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For 29$ a night it comes with free buffet breakfast for two and superfast WiFi in the room. You can use their gymn equipment as well. A bit old but good bargain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cleanliness of corridors can be improved. Start using proper Trash bin in corridors to avoid any bad smell. I really liked the building, staff and environment but I couldn't take the smell coming from the corridor. Using open drums as a trash bin in such building not a good idea. I suggest to change them. Caffee is my most favorite spot there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i often visits this place because my girlfriend is staying here. The place is quite decent, even it is located in the side of River due to the ground around the place is far higher than other building around, you don't have to be afraid of flood. The elevators are quite sucks now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know much about this place to be honest. I only visited the food area and visited a room where my friend staying. Maybe the way they lived wasn't that well coordinated but the room looks to clustered and it doesn't feels comfortable to stay there. I would say maybe they need to move out. Like pretty please. It doesn't seems comfortable to inhabit the room.
As for restaurant it was okay tasted, I enjoyed the strawberry milkshake, they have a pool too, it wasn't that big nor it was that big. But it was well erm shaded? It wasn't directly being in contact with sun light so it felt breezy and nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Living place. Is pretty good with nice access road to high way. Bit gridlock around rush hour. Been living here for couple of years and so far do enjoy it. Unfortunately lack of management, once about the bull everything so quick and on time. But when we need some service or permit to do any stuff in our unit or the building maintenance are so difficult and complicated.
