★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tempat nyaman, enak bagus, bersih, ada cctv, strategis deket pasar, mini market dan ATM. dapet yg lantai 2 ..
tapi sayangnya ada beberapa tetangga yang terlalu annoying, terlalu berisik, JOROK suka ngotorin teras orang lain, nongkrong-nongkrong rame sambil teriak-teriak siang dan sampe tengah malem, mutar musik kenceng2 sambil teriak2 nyanyi dan bikin risih. suka seenaknya ngambil lahan bagian tetangga, dan gak ngerti aturan yang diterapkan dari pondok sakinah padahal sudah di tempel sana sini peringatannya.
mohon untuk ditindak lanjuti, sangat mengganggu penghuni !
sayang sekali tempat sudah nyaman bagus tapi ada penghuni yang tidak mematuhi aturan & tidak merawat fasilitas. jadi bikin penghuni lain gak betah !
nice place, nice, clean, there are cctv, strategic near the market, mini market and ATM. got the second floor ...
but unfortunately there are some neighbors who are too annoying, too noisy, DIRTY like to dirty the terrace of other people, hanging out hanging out while screaming afternoon and until midnight, playing loud music while screaming singing and making uncomfortable. like to take the neighbor's land arbitrarily, and don't understand the rules that are applied from the Sakinah hut even though it's been posted here and there warning.
please follow up, very annoying residents!
It's a shame the place is comfortable but there are nice residents who don't obey the rules & don't care for the facilities. so it makes other residents don't like it!
